I usually have a great experience at Thai Express, thanks to the guy who is always there. He is polite, friendly, and makes sure our food is prepared just the way we like it. He’s always attentive, ensuring we leave happy with delicious food. His warm service is part of why we keep coming back.

However, today was a completely different experience. The person who prepared our food today did not meet the usual standard. The meal lacked basic seasoning—no salt or pepper—and tasted bland. On top of that, we had specifically asked for eggs in our dish, but none were included. The whole meal was a disappointment, especially compared to the high-quality food we’ve enjoyed in the past.

While the food today was far from what we expected, I appreciate the great service from the regular staff member, who always makes our visits pleasant. It’s unfortunate that today’s experience didn’t live up to the usual standard, and I hope the consistency improves...

Tried giving the Hurontario Thai Express another chance since it’s closer to home, but unfortunately, it’s the same issue we’ve experienced before. While the food and service were actually good, the portions were severely lacking. The takeout box wasn’t even filled—definitely not worth the price you’re paying.

We usually go to the Cloverdale Mall location, where the portions are much more generous for the same items. It’s frustrating to pay full price and walk away still hungry. This was our third time here—three strikes, you’re out. It’ll definitely be our last.
