The Jack Rollers — Restaurant in Brampton

I had been to the Jack strollers last night for the first time hearing great reviews about it. But was totally disappointed with it. Visited the place with a couple of friends at 12 am (place closes at 2 am) and since we were bar hopping We did not buy the tickets online. We were asked to pay $20 for just a couple of hours. When inside, we came t know that $20 was just for the entry and not for a table. The atmosphere is disgusting so the a stench. We cannot sit at a table because we have to pay for reserving the place for an Amount of $200. Since it was a cold night and I chose to wear my coat while dancing. I left my coat on the table closer to me. To my surprise, my coat went missing and we noticed a booth with coats. The person at that booth put our coats on the floor because we did not pay $5 as we were supposed to deposit our coats at the booth. We get a hanger for $5??? Even Dollarama has it for a cheaper price! The security guard was adamant yelling at us and the manager was not at all helpful. He asked us to leave the coats in the car if we didn’t pay $5. That is so ridiculous. The dance floor is crowded with desi crowd and mostly Punjabi songs are played on a repeat mode. There are some bad people on the floor who keep touching and groping. I guess the security is only to pick up your coats but doesn’t do anything if anyone touches you. I felt it disrespectful. Having addressed my concerns to the security, he did nothing. Without creating a scene I felt the dance floor immediately. So, long story short, for the $60 I paid for a couple of hours, I feel Jack Rollers isn’t worth a dime! Would NOT recommend this place to any sane person. The place sucks! DJ music sucks because he plays the same songs on a repeat mode..I don’t think the management cares about their customers because they are disrespectful towards their approach. Having been to so many other night clubs in Toronto I could have given a “0” to Jack Rollers. JACK ROLLERS!! You have to find better ways to make profit and not by such cheap tactics. My experience with you guys is the WORST ever. This might have been my first time but this was surely my LAST TIME!!! I went there last night to try their Wednesday wings deal with my boyfriend and my best friend. Our server Brenda was nice but she seems not know how to be a good server. We ordered our drinks,I asked for a mango mojito which cost $10 and it didn’t even taste like there’s mango in it.All I tasted was melted ice cubes and lime and the peppermint leaves.My boyfriend asked for a watermelon wheat and believe me,it just tasted like strong wheat beer.Their calamari was $15 with bad presentation and tasted like frozen fried calamari but the mango chipotle sauce was good pair with it.She didn’t provide us with cutleries and napkins till I asked for them and by the time she did, we almost finished our foods.The chicken wings plating was boring like they just piled the 10 wings in a pyramid form lol. She just gave me one napkin and one for my boyfriend (that's how cheap they were with the napkins).My friend arrived after 30 minutes and all the staff were just hanging around at the bartender area on their phones.My friend has to go to them to tell them that she needs service and they all went to her quickly...we found that funny.Brenda as our server attended to the table and gave her a special treatment right away..

Ordered on ubereats and this was the worst experience we've ever had. The reviews on here must be friends trying to support a friend's business which I can appreciate but would like to leave an honest review so others can make an informed decision before eating here. We ordered spaghetti, a chicken sandwich and a slice of cheesecake. The driver had to wait ages to pick up the order even though the entire order was cold - the driver got here within minutes of picking it up so we know it wasn't based on the drive over as it's a short drive. Not only was the food cold but the spaghetti which is supposed to come in a "rich bolognese sauce" came with NO sauce, some veggies and cheese and the chicken burger was burnt but somehow cold? Lastly the cheesecake was a tiny little slice and didn't come with icecream and was absolutely disgusting - like a frozen cheesecake that's been in the fridge for a couple of weeks. After reading all the reviews I was looking forward to the food, but was greatly disappointed and would have recieved better food ordering from McDonalds. If the food had been good, we would have gone to the restaurant given that it looks nice and others liked the food but unfortunately we won't be eating from here again and definitely wouldn't suggest anyone ordering delivery from here. It was a big waste of $45 - threw everything away other then a few bites of...
