Today April,10,2024 Wednesday around 1:30 to 2:15.
First of all I would like to start with the incident which happened at pizza pizza at this location a customer who was had been waiting for more then 45 mintues for a walk in pizza and was going to take it for his kids.
When asked the employee how much longer the girl at the front said just couple more mintues which was not true he waited more.
When the guy with the turban came and gave him pizza the guy asked why so long he also has worked at pizza stores and it’s never this long wait keep in mind the guy had a strong accent which was the customer asking question . The turban employee walked away without answering his question which made him angry and he asked hello why is it late and might have dropped the F word because the turban employee walked away when he asked politely.
After that the turban employee started swearing as well and there was a big fight. I find that the employee needs to be trained properly and answere questions when asked as they are in customer service. Not saying they should be treated bad but he could had avoided this by answering why it took so long in a professional manner.
Now talking about my order I have eaten a lot of pizza pizza.this was not up to the standard disgusting plain boring yucky pizza.
The dough was not up to standard or the base sauce and the cheese seems like they are using very bad quality chesse which is not a standard pizza pizza cheese. I think the franchise should look into the product for this location because I can bet you this is not the right products maybe the owner trying to use other low quality products to save money but after eating todays pizza I never want to eat pizza again and there was something very wrong with the cheese. This was suppose to be well done you can see from the edge of the pizza how yuck it looks and the chesse some low quality cheese which had no strings
The franchise really should train the employee and look at the products the way the employee handle this store was bad.
I find that the front girl should be letting the customer know the correct waiting time and it’s up to the customer if they can wait that long or not to avoid any conflicts Instaed of wasting people...
Read moreI live not even a 7 minute walk from this particular pizza pizza store. My son got to the store way before the pick up was ready. When he was finally helped at the counter they gave him out order. When he got home I opened the first box which was garlic bread and it was pretty much cold and already going hard. So I opened the pizza box and the cheese on the pizza was already hard and the pizza was literally less than Luke warm. I checked the bottom of the pizza box to see how hot it was and it was barely even warm. I called customer service right away and they were giving us a replacement. Had my son go back to the store and he waited there. I got a call back from customer service saying the pizza store was refusing to give a replacement to us. So I had my son call me and when I spoke to one of the employees he say that they did refuse the to make the replacement order and basically said that I was lying about our food being cold. Such very bad customer service. I've never had this issue so badly taken care of before. This is how they treat customers so I'm just putting that out there for others. Read moreThe last time I ordered a pizza from this place, the manager called my cell (it was rather late, regardless very inappropriate). Started threatening me and making accusations simply because of the time I ordered the pizza (I worked late at my job at this time). He then went on to say "you know I'm the one making your food". Insinuating that if I didn't endure all of his abuse over the phone, my food would be contaminated in some fashion.
When the delivery finally came, he drove to my house along with the delivery driver to start an altercation with me. I have absolutely NO idea what brought this on, I took pictures of his license plate and naturally, after paying for the food, immediately threw it out since there was no way I could; in good conscience ingest any of it.
I contacted their customer service and they did absolutely NOTHING. This warranted a police investigsation, immediate termination from the company and an unending apology for the rest of my life. They DIDN'T DO A DAMN THING,
THIS is the type of service you can expect from pizza pizza these days. PROUDLY...
