This has to be one of the worst if not the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. For a company based on customer excellence this location does an EXTREMELY shoddy job of representing these values. When I went up to order not only did I NOT receive a receipt (which is usually mandatory in any establishment) but also had to ASK for my change when the total had come up to $13.40 and I had given a $20 bill, and by the point I received my change I wasn’t about to fight over the cents I was owed (60 cents worth). Then not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time to receive my order but I had to practically fight to get wedges WHICH I HAD PAID FOR. I had received the rest of my order and had gone up to ask for my wedges then was asked to repeat my order as if the individual hadn’t seen me order them and REPEAT my order back to the cashier. Once I had repeated my order I was met with the utmost amount of attitude (over something I had already paid for) and was told hat apparently I had not paid for the wedges and was told to rejoin the line (again with the utmost amount of attitude) an all of this could have been avoided had the cashier given me a receipt. When I went back in line to order my wedges even the people in line had felt sorry for me as I had to practically beg to get something I had already paid for. While waiting I was seeing other patrons making valid complaints (ie. the coffee they had ordered had gone cold) and were receiving not even close to the standard of service that Tim Hortons says their locations exemplify. As much as I wish I could stop here my poor 6 year old sister had to wait over 5 minutes to get the bathroom unlocked even though I had tried to get the attention of at least 2 workers (since a button needed to pressed to open the door and it didn’t swing open or anything so any individuals with accessibility needs were NOT able to get able to get into a basic necessity of any establishment even though they were paying customers. Overall I am SEVERELY DISSATISFIED with this locations level of customer service and would not recommend this location to anyone I know, I would rather walk for an extra five minutes to get to a different location which I KNOW has...

I am writing this review to express the utter disappointment and the insult I faced today, This is the 7th time I have been given the wrong order at this location, unfortunately, this is the closest location to MY HOME and comes on my way to the office.
This incident happened at 9:15 p.m. on May 16th 2024 when I was in the drive-thru and ordered 1 Herb and garlic, caramelized pinwheel, and 1 Icecap with Oreo, whipped creme, and choco syrup.
when I reached the order window the cashier (Not Writing her name), I told her she did not put choco syrup, whipped creme, and Oreo, I told her clearly about my order she charged me for it but still did not add the requested syrup and started arguing with me that I have to pay for it, so I went inside to show my receipt to the supervisor.
the order lady did not come even when the supervisor called, and I saw her shrugging and saying "It's okay Let it be"
the supervisor gave us a new drink, which was wrong again, the supervisor was least concerned about our order.
I told her I was going to write a bad review and she smiled and gave me a look that she didn't care.
what a shameless way of treating the customers like some insects, we paid for it, it was not like I was asking for something for free. still, she did not add the stuff I requested. we still have the receipt with us.
I feel like I am a fool that I came to this location even after getting insulted again and again, after this insulting episode I will never come to this location, I would prefer to die of hunger but would never come to this location.
The owner of this location should keep an eye on and check cameras around 9:15 pm on MAY 16TH, how they trouble customers and treat them like animals.
at least hire polite and well-behaved Employees who can at least say sorry after making mistakes, you are charging me I have the proof, and still not giving accurate orders, the employees will get the owner sued someday for this carefree attitude.
If I have to get out of my car to show the receipt and still get the wrong order then what is the point...
Read moreSynopsis: -repeated my order multiple times at speaker because often time they forget my “extra toasted” request on an English muffin breakfast sandwich. -received it and it was barely toasted; Cust rep was amazing and left then returned with what I thought was a new one -I drove off and checked; half of it was burnt (mind you some locations get it bang on and it is not burnt); I noticed there was no longer any cheese -returned and new cust rep was kind and began my refund, but then a rep name Lovepreet involved herself, ask the other rep what was wrong, they quickly spoke in their language so I couldn’t make out what was said -Lovepreet pushed the money into my hand with force and had a sour look on her face -I was surprised and explained that the appropriate response should be something more like “sorry about that” -Lovepreet’s demeanor was foul and she gave me a stern dirty look (I am a black woman but don’t want to assume it was due to that) and added “anything else” in an annoyed tone. -I did not receive an apology and instead Lovepreet continued her dismissive tone and attitude, so I asked for her name and she brazenly jutted her head out towards me with her hand across her upper chest and broke it down L-O-V-E-P-R-E-E-T (her demeanour was as though she was untouchable & nothing would happen to her) -the first rep who began my refund leaned forward and apologized ; I appreciated that and drove off knowing I would not let this slide because I was at no point rude, I was even understanding that multiple mistakes were made on the same order leading to my...
