There’s a lot of seating available at this restaurant, however, if you’re visiting this place on the weekend, I would recommend the reservations so you don’t have to wait a long time. The decor is nice, however, the truck doesn’t match the vibes. The decor makes it seem like it’s a banquet hall, with the round seating and chandeliers, so the truck with the trailer is definitely a little bit odd. For appetizers, we ordered veg platter, veg momos, and bhatti paneer tikka. All items for delicious and had a lot of flavor. 9/10 for appetizers. For drinks, we got a piña colada, jaljeera, and a Mojito. The gel jaljeera and Mojito could have a little more flavour and less sugar, but it wasn’t bad, 7/10 overall for drinks. After the appetizers, we got the chilli garlic noodles. However, when we asked for this item, our server told us that it may not be available as it’s a new item; I was a little bit confused as it was listed on the menu however when she confirmed with the kitchen, she informed us that they were able to make it. We told her that we were looking for some thing that was not spicy. She said the spice level could be adjusted as she can let the kitchen know so we told her we want very little spice but when we got the noodles they were very spicy and we were not happy with this at all. For dessert, we got kheer, gajar halwa and ras malai. The kheer had too much sugar and it was not slow cooked therefore it did not taste good at all. I would not recommend. The Gajar halwa also had too much sugar but the ras malai was ok. 5/10 for dessert overall. Service overall was poor, as the server never asked or checked in on us at all. Anytime we wanted to place an order, we had to look for her and get her attention. We ran out of water, and she never came to refill. When we told her that the noodles were way too spicy and we had told her we wanted little price, she just apologized. I think she should have offered a credit or offered to remove the item at the very least as we repeatedly told her we wanted noodles that were not spicy and she reassured does that it’ll have little spice and she will ask the kitchen to adjust the spice level so very disappointed. Overall 2.5-3 stars. Only good thing was the appetizers from my perspective.

Loyal Customer Disappointed by Poor Handling of Feedback We’ve been loyal customers of this place for over two years and have always appreciated the authentic Indian flavors and solid customer service. But today’s experience was deeply disappointing. We ordered veg steamed momos—a dish we’ve enjoyed many times before—but this time, the taste was completely off. The filling was mostly soya instead of the usual fresh steamed vegetables. Concerned, we called the restaurant to share our feedback. Instead of acknowledging the issue or responding with understanding, the staff member was evasive, dismissive, and even confrontational. Rather than listening, they tried to shift the blame onto us, which was frustrating and frankly unprofessional. Eventually, they did agree to replace the item with something else—but only after a long and uncomfortable back-and-forth. The whole process felt more like haggling than customer service. We’ve come to expect better from this place, and this experience really shook our confidence. One poor interaction doesn’t erase years of good service, but it certainly leaves a bad taste—figuratively and literally. (Receipt attached for reference.) 2 years ago : Great food, we had soya chap, veg tandoori momos, dal bukhara, and paneer masala. Everything was great. We were served by Rahul. He was quick and very hospitable. Also gave us complimentary dessert lol Thank-you!

Me and my family needed a last minute place to eat so we didn’t have time to go over anything here. I’ll start with the food it was good we enjoyed it BUT tell me why i found 2 hairs on my kebab… because i was with family they don’t feel the need to complain so we didn’t but i found a small black hair on my food. when i got home we took take out and my mom found another hair on the kebab this hair was grey at the top and black at the bottom…. not a great experience. the service was a 1/10… so terrible. we had 3 kids and a pregnant lady ( me) who can’t eat spicy food. they were unable to make it mild which is ok but we asked for yogurt multiple times and the server took 10-20 mins to bring it ( the restaurant was not busy) we also ordered ice cream during our second course and reminded her to bring it to us 2 times and she brought it out at the end.. we wanted it to help with the spice. This kept going on when we asked for more water more napkins and more chai. she brought all of these things at the end regardless that we reminded her multiple times. My first red flag should have been that they brought bottled water and i had to ask if they charge extra for it. all restaurants require clean tap water so we requested that instead like it’s indian food of course we need lots of water while we eat. Overall again the food was good im just concerned if the cooks wear hair covers.

We were a group of 9 people hence two tables were joined for us. The table was shaky and despite their half hearted effort to balance it by placing tissues under the leg of the table, it was not fixed rather it got more unbalanced. They expect us to actually be happy about it as they made a futile effort without using the brain.Service in the restaurant is not good. They bring food and start keeping it on the table from one side as if it will automatically go to the other joined table. When another person came to clear the table , he did exactly the same. He stood on one side of the table and expected us to pass our dishes to each other so that he don't have to move at all. Staff is untrained, it is a fine dine for name sake but they are students without training wearing a uniform.

Coming to the most important part, Food. Indian food tastes well when it is cooked properly. It seems like they are using hacks for everything. We ordered bhatti murgh tikka, which seems like it is not even cooked in tandoor, rather a baked chicken has a lot of gravy over the tikka. Yet they forgot to pour the same gravy over bhatti soya tikka. The same goes for veg briyani, it was old cooked fried rice with some spices and sauce over it. Butter chicken was bland. We complained about romali roti being hard and thick , they brought the same again.

Quantity of food is very less.

Somehow they don't believe in serving food hot. They take a long time to get food and when it comes, it's not hot. They don't even have the courtesy to heat their jugado, frozen food well. Complained about cold rotis,it came back mildly hot , does not seem like it was...
