There’s a lot of seating available at this restaurant, however, if you’re visiting this place on the weekend, I would recommend the reservations so you don’t have to wait a long time.
The decor is nice, however, the truck doesn’t match the vibes. The decor makes it seem like it’s a banquet hall, with the round seating and chandeliers, so the truck with the trailer is definitely a little bit odd.
For appetizers, we ordered veg platter, veg momos, and bhatti paneer tikka. All items for delicious and had a lot of flavor. 9/10 for appetizers.
For drinks, we got a piña colada, jaljeera, and a Mojito. The gel jaljeera and Mojito could have a little more flavour and less sugar, but it wasn’t bad, 7/10 overall for drinks.
After the appetizers, we got the chilli garlic noodles. However, when we asked for this item, our server told us that it may not be available as it’s a new item; I was a little bit confused as it was listed on the menu however when she confirmed with the kitchen, she informed us that they were able to make it. We told her that we were looking for some thing that was not spicy. She said the spice level could be adjusted as she can let the kitchen know so we told her we want very little spice but when we got the noodles they were very spicy and we were not happy with this at all.
For dessert, we got kheer, gajar halwa and ras malai. The kheer had too much sugar and it was not slow cooked therefore it did not taste good at all. I would not recommend. The Gajar halwa also had too much sugar but the ras malai was ok. 5/10 for dessert overall.
Service overall was poor, as the server never asked or checked in on us at all. Anytime we wanted to place an order, we had to look for her and get her attention. We ran out of water, and she never came to refill. When we told her that the noodles were way too spicy and we had told her we wanted little price, she just apologized. I think she should have offered a credit or offered to remove the item at the very least as we repeatedly told her we wanted noodles that were not spicy and she reassured does that it’ll have little spice and she will ask the kitchen to adjust the spice level so very disappointed.
Overall 2.5-3 stars. Only good thing was the appetizers from my...
Read moreWe were a group of 9 people hence two tables were joined for us. The table was shaky and despite their half hearted effort to balance it by placing tissues under the leg of the table, it was not fixed rather it got more unbalanced. They expect us to actually be happy about it as they made a futile effort without using the brain.Service in the restaurant is not good. They bring food and start keeping it on the table from one side as if it will automatically go to the other joined table. When another person came to clear the table , he did exactly the same. He stood on one side of the table and expected us to pass our dishes to each other so that he don't have to move at all. Staff is untrained, it is a fine dine for name sake but they are students without training wearing a uniform.
Coming to the most important part, Food. Indian food tastes well when it is cooked properly. It seems like they are using hacks for everything. We ordered bhatti murgh tikka, which seems like it is not even cooked in tandoor, rather a baked chicken has a lot of gravy over the tikka. Yet they forgot to pour the same gravy over bhatti soya tikka. The same goes for veg briyani, it was old cooked fried rice with some spices and sauce over it. Butter chicken was bland. We complained about romali roti being hard and thick , they brought the same again.
Quantity of food is very less.
Somehow they don't believe in serving food hot. They take a long time to get food and when it comes, it's not hot. They don't even have the courtesy to heat their jugado, frozen food well. Complained about cold rotis,it came back mildly hot , does not seem like it was...
