Yes, it was a takeaway order, not a dine-in. I find it amusing how you are denying responsibility for your own menu. We were invited to provide feedback, but it seems you only acknowledge positive reviews. Any criticism is dismissed as a fault of the customer's inability to recognize quality.
As a community investing our hard-earned money, we deserve better. We aim to support local businesses and the students and staff who benefit from working there. However, the product must be worth the value.
I am including the recipe from our order for your review. Feel free to challenge it. I can also share photos of the takeaway alongside your menu for comparison.
I'm still astonished at how quickly you shifted the blame onto the customer and disowned the dishes that are clearly listed on your menu and our receipt.
I urge you to embrace humility, accept criticism constructively, and improve your offerings. This way, we can take pride in calling your establishment an excellent local food joint.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Newly-Opened Indian Restaurant
Last night, we finally had the chance to dine at the much-anticipated new Indian restaurant in town. As aficionados of Indian cuisine, our expectations were high, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several aspects.
We started with the Keenan Chicken, which was a letdown. The dish lacked the rich flavors and consistency one would expect from a well-prepared Indian dish. It was surprisingly basic and unimpressive.
The Matar Methi Masala was another disappointment. Instead of the expected harmonious blend of peas and fenugreek, the dish presented a consistency resembling chana dal, paired with an unusual green chutney color and an unexpected hint of mint. This strayed far from the traditional recipe and was quite underwhelming.
For appetizers, the Salmon Fish was passable, but the Mutton Kabab was excessively salty, detracting from its potential.
Overall, the meal felt like a missed opportunity. Even an average chef with guidance from popular chefs like “Veh Re Veh Chef” or “Ranveer Singh” would likely score a 5 out of 10 for these dishes. Unfortunately, our experience was at a mere 1.5, recognizing the effort but not the execution.
A note on the Raita: the addition of garlic was an interesting choice, though not necessarily aligning with traditional versions of the dish.
In conclusion, I would urge the restaurant management to consider revisiting the kitchen staff’s expertise or possibly offering some fundamental culinary training. The potential for a great dining experience is there, but significant improvements are needed to meet the expectations set by Indian cuisine...
Read moreI would have given 0 star if there was an option to. I bought marinated raw afghani chicken. When I cooked it, it had blood inside, which apparently showed it wasn’t cleaned properly. I called them and some lady picked up who said you can come and we would replace it. When I reached the restaurant, the owner started arguing. Luckily I had that chicken with me, which I was planning to discard on my way to the restaurant. I showed it to him. When he removed the cooked skin, there was blood all over the bone and then he was like “ Oh this is normal. This much remains in it bla bla “. I mean for refunding 7 dollars, he did such nuisance instead of accepting their carelessness. I am not...

She is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. Nikita made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude set her apart from anyone else I’ve worked with. On top of that, the food from TK Meatwala was really good — fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It made the whole experience even better! If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, Nikita is the one....
