Wendy's — Restaurant in Brampton

The older lady behind the counter who took my order had an expression and attitude about her work, similar to if you took the bright and cheerful smile of Wendy and flipped it upside down. Karamjeet, who gave me my food was pleasant enough and provided a good level of service. The restaurant itself was clean, and the layout was pretty standard for a Wendy's - nothing exciting about it. The frosty was made as expected. I got a son of Baconator, and good lord I didn’t think it were possible, but the sandwich was made terribly. The patties looked sad, the sauce amount was miniscule, and it just didn’t have that same flavour that I've come to expect from the Baconator lineup. On top of that, you could tell the oil used for the fries was getting old.

Talks rudely to uber drivers and is non chalant. Whoever was the guy working tight now on january 17 at 10:45 PM should first be taught how to communicate. They took 20 minutes to prepare the order while I was standing there and when I complained uber support about my wait time compensation this guy is calling me talking to me as if he owns me? Learn how to prepare things on time and then own up to your mistakes if you made one. Moreover, there are better people out there who are ready to work a job which you guys are. The franchise owner must keep a track on the customer service their employees are giving or replace them with deserving ones. I went through the drive thru on this trip, in the morning. I simply love the baconator! And I really love the baconator breakfast sandwich! I also love love love the potatoe wedges, and I wish they served them all day long as an alternative to the regular fries. Anyway, as I said, I went through the drive-thru and I left extremely happy! The service was excellent, the food was fresh made and piping hot, and the best part was that my sandwich was wrapped in perfect condition!
