Absolutely the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order through the app and clearly selected NO olives on one of the subs. When I arrived, the employee (probably white, not sure of his name) handed me the sub with olives anyway. I politely pointed out the mistake, expecting it to be fixed properly — you know, like by making a fresh sub as they should when they mess up an order.
Instead, he tells me he’ll “just remove the olives.” What?? Then, right in front of me, he opened the entire sub, scooped out all the ingredients with his gloved hands, and asked me what toppings I want again as if that’s totally normal. It was confusing, gross, and honestly disrespectful. The gloves don’t make it okay — the sub had already touched all kinds of stuff and now it’s being manhandled?
His co-worker even tried to intervene and told him to just make me a new one, but he refused and said, “No worries, I’ll take care of it.” Trust me, he didn’t. The attitude he gave was totally off — no real apology, just a robotic “I’m sorry for that” at the end that felt completely fake. I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even eat the sub and had to throw it away. To make things worse, while I was sitting down explaining what happened to my boyfriend, this guy kept staring at me from behind the counter, making me feel even more awkward and disrespected.
If this is how customers are treated when there’s a simple mistake, especially after ordering ahead and being polite, then I’ll take my business...
Read morean employee stole my phone from the table I was sitting at without my Knowledge. I left the store and returned after realizing, I didn’t have my phone, all the employees tried to cover it up and lie. I left the store one more time and informed my party that I still couldn’t find my phone, but it was connecting to my Apple Watch inside, I return back to the store. I told the employees that I was going to call the police. I left the store and called the police to attend the location With one of my party’s phone. I also tried calling my phone as well, but no answer. After I informed the employees that I called the police, they tried to show me a video of me putting the phone in my pocket and walking to the washroom. But they didn’t show me any video after I came out. The security camera does not show employees leaving their station. It only shows the customers dining in. Then they told me to recheck the bathroom, but there was a young kid in the washroom. When he exited the washroom, he told his father he found a phone, which was mine. I left the store and called the police to cancel, and went home. The employee didn’t give me my receipt upon purchase, so I was unable to get the store number to contact...
Read moreI had a very upsetting experience at this Subway location today that I feel needs to be shared. I walked in intending to order food and asked to use the restroom. The staff member told me I had to place an order before I could use the restroom — which I was already planning to do. I then asked for the manager, who identified himself as Jimmy, and he repeated the same policy. When I agreed to order and asked for his name so I could report the situation, the manager told the staff not to serve me at all. I was shocked — I was ready to be a paying customer, but instead I was denied service simply for asking the manager’s name. This treatment felt discriminatory and retaliatory. No one should be denied service or access to basic facilities for asking a legitimate question or asserting their rights. Subway needs to take responsibility for how its employees treat customers. I hope this location is held accountable, and I will be filing a formal...
