I wanted to give a compliment to one of your workers. Her name is Dilpreet She has black hair and wears glasses I believe.

To be vulnerable, I had one of the worst days I had in a long time. If i'm also honest, money was tight for me and my family. She gave such great customer service. She had a smile and was so patient with my mom and I. We had coupons and a big order and she was so patient and accommodating. She made us feel like a valued customer and that we weren't asking for much.

She truly went above and beyond for us. She reassured us without us asking that our order is getting ready and thanking us for our patience, even though we didn't actually wait long at all. She had a positive attitude and was so helpful. I can't thank her enough. Please tell her that she made my day and my families day as we were working all day on a Saturday together and had hardly any food breaks. This really made me happy. It's people like her that make me want to come back again. I hope she gets rewarded for her customer service...

Went to give treat to my 5 years old daughter today. Ordered kids meal with chicken burger. When food came , I took the burger out to hand it over to her and what I saw was horrible and disgusting. The part of the burger which was inside the pack ( covered at bottom) was bitten( one whole bite). I took it and showed to the front staff right away and they were also shocked and replaced it for us. I requested the front lady to check the cameras in the kitchen to see who did this as normally you just give it to your child inside the packet. They were all sorry and all about it. What pissed me off is when we were leaving a one of the front staff came to me and said we checked the cameras and nothing we could find, probably your daughter took a bite and you didn’t realize. I was just taken a back out there. If you can’t find who did it then don’t blame on us. I will never be back out here. Came here after a late night shift and ordered a beyond burger w/ no mayo combo with 2 honey mustard. I work near by but live in South Surrey so i had a bit of a drive home. Upon arriving home i noticed that the burger was in a different packaging and then opened it to see that it was not the burger i ordered and was instead served a teen burger or something along those lines. Either way, the burger was beef and had cheese. Immediately had to throw it out as i’m vegan and lactose intolerant and luckily i noticed this before taking a bite. Worth mentioning as well, this was at 12am, I was the only person there and waited at least 10mins for the food… Word of advice, if you eat here, make sure they understood your order and double, triple, quadruple check they got it right.
