Booster Juice — Restaurant in British Columbia

I went in on Thursday August 24th 2023 around 9:15 pm (they close at 10pm). My friend and I walk in and there was one girl working (didn’t catch her name as her name tag was not on) and she was scurrying to finish cleaning the store as she would give us glares as we watched her put the wheat grass and juicing machine back together. My friend and I were standing there for about 4 minutes and didn’t get any acknowledgement from the girl working whatsoever, and when she finally came over to take our order she did not speak one single word to either of us. And I mean not one single word. I worked at this location in the past year (only for 5 months because of how I was treated along with the working conditions) and know the cleaning protocols as well as how we are supposed to interact with all customers who come in. I know first hand how terrible the working conditions are at this store, but still would expect decent customer service. Put 5 star rating so this will be seen! The little girl with her face makeup caked on decided she was special and doesn’t work until the store closes because she more focused on leaving work before the store even closes. Standing there cracking her fingers and knuckles like a disrespectful little child acting snotty. At least turn off the open sign if you’re not going to serve people before closing time…She saw me pull up in my car looked at me rolled her eyes proceeded to turn back around to walk towards the register the disappeared in the back so she wasn’t seen then came out after a while and said it was slow so she closed everything down and put everything away like for real I can promise I will never come back here and will make sure to tell anyone when they ask me that there is no booster juice in Chilliwack 👎🏼 HORRIBLE SERVICE might as well change your closing hours to an hour earlier or...

Terrible customer service. Rude server. Was not helpful when ordering. Didn’t add in our booster shots while we were watching but had to pay paid for them. Refused to help on which ones were dairy free because two of the orders had a dairy allergy which later discovered they WERE NOT dairy free, besides the only drink that does not include dairy. Rude stares when I tried to be friendly and smile since she was STARING yet all she did was look away. Also for whatever reason she was annoyed that we brought up status…..You shouldn’t be working on known indigenous land if you think a few minutes is such a hassle.
