Subway — Restaurant in British Columbia

This location is good and lobby area is clean and my sub has always been good. Stopped for dinner about a month ago. There were a bunch of orders ahead of me. While I waited, I watched the staff making 5 footlong sandwiches move between food handling/sandwiches, use of the cash touch screen, touch handles to open oven and cooler doors and back to food with the same pair of gloves on without changing them. The other staff was moving bread trays, plastics, containers and then opening up bags of lettuce and cheese and using the same hands and gloves to stock the food into the containers. They changed their gloves to make my sub but the food was already touched and stocked with dirty hands. There is no point in wearing gloves if you are touching everything and then handling food again and vice versa. I wanted to say something but decided not to and I was starving so I didn’t leave either. Usually don’t give bad reviews but I went to this subway today and ordered my sub I ask if they had saracha sauce and they didn’t so the lady grabbed the next clean sweat thing and I didn’t even ask or confirm if they had sarracha sauce and put this Buffalo sauce on I really don’t like this sauce and I said that not sarracha sauce and she said it’s just like saracha I was not happy cause the only similarity is they both are spicy but I really don’t like the one she put on my sub I would have opted out without sauce if they didn’t have what I wanted and would’ve left a much better review I am hungry so I will eat this sub and enjoy it cause I’m really hungry but I really don’t like this sauce Just for me a really...

First time using this location and it will be our last. Ordered through skip, missing items from the sandwich despite being a detailed list of exactly what goes on as well as being badly burnt on one half and tasting burnt. Also forgot the cookies ordered which was 7$ worth. When my husband went back and complained, they were nice enough to remake the sandwich, which is bare bread on one side except the chicken peice, almost no veggies and sauce on one half ! HOW??
