I came here last week and tried to leave a review on the Tim’s website but was unable to due to my mobile receipt didn’t have the receipt number to use on my review and had to go to work. Well usually on my way to work il get tims but not today. Theres a short lady there who makes the experience so bad for me. Once I walk into the place she sees me and goes to my mobile order and holds it hostage almost. I’m standing there waiting and I see it’s mine, my names on the receipt and I tell her and she tells me to hold on. And I’m at this Tim’s a lot ordering online and picking up my order. She looks like she’s struggling or holding back frustration or something and she grabs one of my coffees and spills it on herself, and she yells out loud. I just want to go I order on the app for quick service so I can go to work but I’m watching and waiting for this woman to finish whatever she’s planning to do. Anyways I tell her it’s fine after she spills my drink so I can take it and leave right away and she tells me that she’s doing her job as she puts a coaster on the coffee she spilled. when she hands me the coffee I also spill it because the cup is broken I find out and the lid doesn’t fit anymore. She yells again “you spilled it” but I just grab all my things and leave because the last thing I want to do is stand around arguing with this unpleasant woman. Will avoid...

Asked a staff member for a refund and she refused and pretty much just walked away. Customer service is non existent at this location now.
I have been a long time customer and the old staff there were fantastic. They made the orders perfectly and did everything they could to make sure you were happy. This new staff they have there now could care less if you are happy or not and figure its better just to walk away and ignore you instead of resolving an issue. You are going to make customers even more angry displaying this type of behaviour.
Sad that this is what Timmies has become with these useless staff members that simply don't care about anything. You have lost a longtime customer.
Also, emailing their head office is just as useless as they don't care either. Instead of actually giving you refund on a item that you didn't receive, they think its a good idea to give you points so you can go back and get more useless service....
Read moreThe worst Tim Horton experience that I've had. I was the only customer there when I got a cold brew, latte, doughnut, and chicken wrap.
The cold brew was overly sweet and had a thick and slimy texture. I have no idea why it taste so different at this location.
The chicken was dehydrated and shriveled. It must have been sitting outside for a very long time. I couldn't chew through the meat. The tomato wasn't ripe, which made it hard and sour.
The latte tasted like burnt coffee beans mixed with old rusty water. The taste was harsh and unbearable to consume after the first sip.
I can understand if something slips through the cracks during a busy time, but I was the only customer.
The experience was so frustrating that I don't even want to go back for a refund.
Never returning to this location again.
