If you wanna order mobile make sure you go in and legitimately yell at them HEY start making the food on the mobile order please otherwise they'll just let you stand there waiting like an idiot for half an hour.. đ just another group of people that don't seem to care about how things are done.. not even Canadian at all.. fully Indian staff that fromy personal experience here catered to friends right in front of me well ignoring orders. It's been over an hour since I was here and I'm still just amazed that it takes these guys longer to get a combo together than if I went to sushi restaurant and ordered half the menu..... Anyways there is better restaurants if you have time to kill and of you don't go somewhere else.. this place won't help you be quick unless it's straight thru the drive thru and keep it dead simple. If owner sees this as opposed to your employees faking reviews to feel better? Very strange tactic.. kinda obvious too when every other review says how horrible the service at this Wendy's is compared to others. Keep in mind food was good.. just took them way longer and if I didn't coach them thru what I was supposed to receive and got upset at me and started snapping back at me when I asked her when she started making the food for mobiles. When I push make the order correct that I am at the store. She kept trying to insist that I must not have pushed the make my order button... I'm sorry but I know I'm not stupid.. but you know what truly is dumb dumb arguing with customers about something they saw with their own eyes.. I ordered the food drove over pushed make my order waited in my car five minutes exact. Got up got out. Went in to the storem watched three other sets of people go thru like and all get served before us along with two Uber eats people when some guy walked in right when I was about to ask hey anything for a mobile order for __ She literally went oh JC is here and some guy walks up and there all talking in whatever language and getting him his stuff..... This is when it's like okay enough is enough. My name is blank and I would like my mobile order listed what it was that's when the lady (not manager) starts rushing around grabbing things, reaches for a salad asks for a burger to come up. Literally runs into the back for a coffee refill for the frosty coffee drink thing... Starts putting fries in a box.. then when I ask the manager who was stood there whendo you start making mobile orders she lies straight thru her teeth well the other lady looks over looking all scared... Do your jobs at all I'd say better but of you did your job how you were supposed to. You wouldn't have people getting upset with you constantly. Losing business because your food is good but your attitude sucks.. you guys do not understand how to run a burger joint. Frankly. When the food was up for order they still had to go get two more cheeseburgers and a frosty.... If you are gonna suck at your jobs don't lie about it.. be up front. Especially when I'm leaving and I look back and your laughing about it.. because you suck at your job. Laugh it up. Never had to Waite in line for more than a few seconds, now the line ups keep getting bigger, no smiles or thank you come again or even sorry for the delays. New staff don't listen when taking orders, last 3 visits every time something wrong ordered by the staff, they talk in their own Philippines language amongst themselves while serving customers, Management speaks her own Punjabi language with her other workers who happen to be Indian from the till to the kitchen or while the girls are inside the eating area cleaning up. No regards for how others feel when another Ethnic language is being spoken. Specially whilst serving the customer. Very unproffessional. New management needs to change their ways otherwise customers will stop coming in. Bathrooms most of the time are very filthy, need to constantly being it to the staff's attention. Garbage is always over flowing outside from the garbage bins, same goes for inside the restaurant. Staff never seem to be wearing gloves when changing garbage bags, than return back to handling the till and getting the orders on the tray for customers.
