Restaurant Scores — Restaurant in Brossard

This is the 3rd time I order online for delivery. I always leave a tip at online checkout. But this is also the 2nd time in a row that the driver is late, was suppose to receive order by 6:45 pm. I called at 6:57 pm to try and find out the delay, the person told me the driver had left 43 min ago which was at 6:14 pm. The driver arrived at 7:09 pm. The 2nd time he asked my spouse for more tip which he gave him not knowing I had added it to the bill already. So this time around him being late again, the driver asks "are you OK with just the 2 $ tip you gave me on this bill" my spouse said yes we are (he was kind enough not to remind the driver how late he was). Well needless to say everything was cold, also when I opened my baked potato it appeared as if someone had already eaten from it or just added an extra scoop, my spouse thinks someone dropped it and it split open and they still put it in the tray, we chucked it out not trusting it at all. Needless to say for these facts and this being 2nd time in a row with this late driver asking for more money during this time of less contact due to Covid, where we pay online. My spouse decided we will take our business elsewhere from now on. The driver is rude always asking for more money, it is not like he served us like a waiter does at tables, he just delivered a cold super meal, same as last time. I LOVE scores.. However i was not impressed this time unfortunately. The salad bar never fails! I ordered a beyond burger BLT, minus the bacon and tomato. I double checked that it came without sauces with the waitress, yet it came with chipotle mayo and cheese.. not very vegan but whatever, as I work at a restaurant I understand the rush of the kitchen sometimes and didn’t want to bother with fixing it. My friend and I quickly ran out of water, which was never refilled which let to us waiting about 20 minutes for her to come back around.. finally I had asked for a takeout box.. about 45 minutes later, she still had not returned.. all of her other tables were in after us and out way faster. I ended up going to the entrance of the kitchen to get a box myself, we cleaned the table up for her, leaving just a tray to be picked up. Again another stupidly long wait just to get the bill.. I am always a generous tipper, as I know what it’s like to work in a restaurant and rely on tips for a big amount of your income… but I did not...

First of all, the food was mediocre, but that happens sometimes and it’s never a reason to leave a bad review. But, we were assigned a server named Sarah who clearly spoke english, but pretended she didn't. What isn’t fine is that she would roll her eyes every time we spoke english words even if they were universal, such as pasta which she obviously knows what that means?? She brought two of our items wrong and proceeded to nag about receiving a low tip on a $15 bill even though my friend tipped her 15% on his 40$ bill. She told me off and was being rude and told me I HAD to give her at least 15%. Then I proceeded to tell her that her service was simply bad and she rolled her eyes and walked away with attitude and kept staring at me. Disgusting behaviour, already getting paid above minimum pay and still begging me for an extra dollar of tipping. That's embarssing and...
