Worst customer service experience in my lifetime. Went in as a first time customer and was greeted by a sour-faced man behind the counter. No "hello" no smile. I felt he was annoyed we came in to order and spend money. Placed my order for two shawarmas , falafel and kabob platter and then asked him to upgrade my two shawarma wraps to combos. He was annoyed that I made this change. Said he had to re-enter the order again and that I should order properly the next time. Well there will never be a next time! Why would a business owner be upset at a customer who wanted to spend more money? We selected our toppings for the wraps, he put them aside and then continued to make other wraps for a Skip the Dishes order. He bagged our order and we left. Got to my car and discovered the falafel wrap for my daughter wasn't the correct one with the toppings I selected. He apparently mixed up the two orders. When I returned to have him apply the correct toppings, he was upset and argued with me that this is how it was ordered. I let him know that he likely mixed up the orders and has now given two customers the wrong wraps. After seeing my displeasure at his inability to believe me, he proceeded to take the wrap to the back room instead of correcting it in the front open kitchen. This action did not sit well with me. I just had this gut feeling I could not trust him and there was no way I could feed it to my daughter. I told him he could keep it. I was so disgusted with this place that I threw everything we purchased into his trash can. We spent over $40 and left with nothing.
Dear owner, First, learn some manners and basic customer service skills. A "hello" and a smile goes a long way to make customers feel welcome. Secondly, your customers are the lifeline to the success of your business. Treat them with respect and show some enthusiasm that they have chosen to come eat at your establishment. And finally, when there are issues, you correct and address them with class, without hassles and abstain from finger pointing. I don't know how you're still in business. Keep this up and you will have nobody coming...

Read moreI have been all over Canada, from Vancouver, and Yellow knife, to Montreal and Trois-Rivieres, but no one does shawarma like the people from my home Burlington at chef Grande, they have the best, most tender chicken, juiciest and most savoury garlic sauce and the greatest and most packed with flavour hot sauce than any where else,
Not just that but they have the best people working there, they're generous, kind, polite and dedicated, for a while I had to leave Burlington and after nearly a year came back to see familly, and after so long I wanted to come back and get the best wrap in the country, and when I walked through the door they greeted me like familly, and asked how i've been and asked if i wanted the regular and he had it on the letter, every single extra, every single on the side and every single item, he rememerd all of it,
I wanted to wright this for not only the best shawarma shop in Canada but in my eyes the best restaurant in Canada, no one has the food they have there, but more importantly no one has the people they have there, no one makes sharwama like they do, no one has a restaurant like they have, they really are the greatest and when I go there it really is like coming...
