Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant in the city of Burlington. Extremely welcoming ambience equipped with mid dim lights and reflectors.

Serving wide range of starters which evoke that appetite in you, serves with fresh zaika and beautiful presentation. Furthermore, flipping to the main-course options you will get pure authentic "Indian Tadka House" recipe. Maintaining that balanced flavour so that one dish should not outweigh the other in terms of taste.

On the top of all, what else we as a visitor observe and expect to have? "Oh Bombay" provide justices with those beautiful notes ranging in background namely, Saiyaan- Kailash Kherr and K.K playlist. This is very crucial element of a business to maintain the tone and manner of the restaurant name and its services. And "Oh Bombay" make you feel in Bombay itself.

Nevertheless, hospitable host, Mr. Avtar Singh made his best possible efforts to keep us engage in food. The service was unmatched and it was extremely personalized experience with Our host Mr. Avtar. I would wish him and the entire beautiful people on management side a good luck. I am seeking forth for more delicious food night very soon with "Oh Bombay"

Thank you...

This is the second time I am eating at Oh Bombay (first time at Oakville and this time at Burlington location). This is more of a upscale restaurant which is reflected in the price of the dishes but unfortunately the quality was similar to a cheap restaurant. Reason I came for the second time was our experience at Oakville was very good even though it’s pricy but we liked the food a lot, quality and customer service exceed the expectations. Not sure if the quality is the same now at Oakville as well. Momos that we order was frozen, hard and did not taste fresh, paneer curry was so sweet and tasted like tomato ketchup / tomato sauce that you get off the shelf from any grocery store. Naan was good, no complaints. We order Plain fried rice and for whatever reason that was also mixed with ketchup and tasted too sweet ! Manchow soup was okay neither good nor bad. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant atleast this branch for food at this...

Terrible Terrible Terrible food. Our Amritsari Chana kulcha didn’t have Chana/Chhole. They just packed the Kulcha in the parcel. Our 2nd dish butter chicken just had chicken pieces in tangy tomato purée. There’s no butter or cream in the butter chicken. It tastes sour, has a strong tomato taste. How are we supposed to eat this tasteless food and how can one have Chana Kulcha without Chana! My husband called to complain to the restaurant manager and they are saying- “We made a mistake. We will cook these dishes again and please come back to pick up.”

Why would we drive back 10-15 mins again to pick up food because they screwed up our order the first time! I’d like to rate 0 star but Google won’t let you rate lower than 1.

You can’t provide such service when customers are...

I recently visited Oh Bombay and tried a few items from their menu. I ordered Teekha Aloo Chat, Crispy Baby Corns, Hara Bhara Kabab, Mango Tango, and Jaljeera. The Crispy Baby Corns and Hara Bhara Kabab were decent but nothing exceptional. However, the Teekha Aloo Chat was quite disappointing—it lacked the expected spice and flavor, tasting more like plain boiled and fried potatoes rather than a proper tangy, spicy chat. On the beverage side, the Mango Tango was enjoyable, offering a refreshing and well-balanced flavor. However, the Jaljeera was overwhelmingly strong. Just a couple of sips were enough, as the intensity made it difficult to drink more. Overall, while some items were good, others didn’t quite meet expectations.

Oh Bombay is an authentic Indian restaurant with a variety of famous dishes also from South India. The service level is average and so is the serving of the food. The food tastes good and I have no complaint so far as on the Roomali Roti which had a hard time living up to the standard. Washroom could also have been cleaner than what I found it to be. When it comes to pricing, the restaurant loses another star. The fact that they charge 15% for being open on weekends (gratuity) is completely unacceptable and resembles most forced tax. The most logical thing would be to think that during such holidays they get most of the customers who would otherwise have chosen another restaurant.
