HEAL Wellness — Restaurant in Burlington

Just wanted to share a big kudos to the Heal Burlington Team! I visit often, but I want to speak specifically to my last few visits specifically. Each of my last visits have been very different in terms of the busyness and atmosphere. It feels like a small space during the busy seasons, naturally. As a result, I can understand why some customers may feel agitated due to congestion or wait times. In the non-busy seasons, it's a comfortable spot, and a beautiful space all year round! What I want to draw attention to, is that no matter the season and the praise or backlash that is received by the team, I've noticed unwavering commitment to customer service, politeness and respect by the team. I've experienced the two extremes in atmosphere in my last few visits, but what stood out to me was how kind the team remained despite the changes. They are always happy to remake something if there was an error or a mix up, and they always want to do it right. Just wanted to share a note of appreciation for Heal...

Heal is hands-down one of my favorite spots! They’ve got amazing açaí bowls, smoothies, and a bunch of other tasty, healthy options. I usually go for the Mango Superfood Bowl with Nutella — it hits the spot every time!

What really sets Heal apart is the people. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. The team genuinely cares about getting your order right and making sure you’re happy, not just making a quick sale. You can feel the positive energy and pride they put into their service.

Walked in at around 7:25pm. I drove almost 20 minutes to this location to be told that their cash is closed? At 7:30 on a Monday?? I didn’t have any other from of payment. To refuse a customers cash is pretty ridiculous, especially when it was the exact amount so no change was involved. This honestly has ruined what used to be a good place to eat. And coming from a restaurant owner myself this honestly doesn’t make any sense what so ever. Unless there was some type of discrimination involved. Never will step back foot in here again. And just putting it out there, if you are of a certain skin colour your cash will not...
