We arrived today and placed a breakfast order and while waiting about 3-5minutes for our order, our cashier came and informed us they were unable to fill our order. She politely offered different options or a refund. We requested for the refund. We went to the cash and it was refunded by a red haired blond âmanagerâ. As we were leaving, we noticed the amount refunded was not the amount we paid. We went back, waited for the line to finish and addressed the issue, showing the transaction records on our phone. The cashier politely called over reddish blond âmanagerâ who originally did the refund. She was unable to figure out what happened and called the other Manager. He figured it out after careful examination and told the âmanagerâ the difference to be refunded. The âmanagerâ became flustered because the mistake was hers and after a little stumbling, and a bit frustrated she gave us the difference owed. At this time the waiting area had become full and a line had developed. As we were walking away, about four or five feet way I could hear the âblond managerâ say âI canât believe they came back for the changeâ at which time, I, upset for being humiliated in front of a full waiting area, people waiting in line, and staff, turned around and spoke loudly, directly at the âmanagerâ that itâs the PRINCIPLE not the money, you just donât do that to people weather it can be afforded or not. Imagine, how much money can be collected my franchise owners or staff by shafting clients$.10 here, $. 50 there... a dollar...with just the sheer volume done...it could reach thousand if not more! Advice to the Franchise owner, the blond âmanagerâ should have this little incident of poor calculation and even worse customer service added to her file with a disciplinary action. No one has the right to talk about someone else in front of other clients and staff in a derogatory manor. Others have sued persons and...
Read moreThis McDonaldâs location is typically not clean. So I tried to avoid it for a while. Every time I visited it looked like it was operated mostly by teenagers. Iâve seen friends gathering at the counter and the employees not taking care of customers. But then the restaurant was renovated, and things have improved significantly (hence 2 stars), so I thought they fixed the discipline issue and focused on cleanliness and service.
But I went back this week and realized that it was only short term. No more friends gathering, and a polite and fairly quick service. Even the table service worked this time. But items were missing in our order, we were not provided with our stickers for the monopoly and when I asked the associate just gave me the look and âwe ran out, nothing we can do about itâ (with 20% chances to win and a party of 5... statistically we lost a chance for a gift; not a great marketing campaign).
But none of this really matters, at the end. The real problem was cleanliness. None of the tables had been cleaned, and the bathrooms were unacceptable (hence the time spent to write this review). Dozens of small flies around the sink, toilet bowl and even paper trash. Sticky floor. Sticky handles. I canât imagine that this mess had been cleaned for hours. And then I want to ask: are the associates ever visiting the bathroom and cleaning their hands? Because I had to use hand sanitizer for my kids after they washed their...
Read morePosted a year ago...Great service first thing in the morning for my delicious Mocha!
Still today, May 7th, 2021, I receive amazing service every morning at this location. It's the little things that make your day start out with inner sunshine, and smiles even on a dark clouded day.
I've been to different locations where I found the sunshine and smiles were a little forthcoming, however just remember to always smile, show your appreciation, and if your order is not correct, think of it as a learning moment for someone who may be new, having a hard day, or maybe you passed judgment in already the darkest of days.
It only takes one smile, one hello, one wave to say hello, or show that they are noticed and not invisible, that can lift the darkness, and bring sunshine and blue skies into someone else's day.
Please thank everyone who gives you service whether it be first responders, or those who provide you a service or fill those tummies, and cravings with food, beverages, and your favorite treats.
During these dark days during the Covid Pandemic, let's make something positive be contagious...one smile travels along way.
Much love to the AMAZING staff, and for sharing lots of smiles, and the little but great messages whether printed, expressed, or shown in different ways. Thank you đ Warmest...
