I recently had the pleasure of dining at MacDonald's at Appleby in Burlington, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection. The chicken wrap was a delicious combination of tender chicken and fresh vegetables, wrapped in a soft tortilla that left us wanting more. And the happy meal with chicken nuggets was a hit with my son, who couldn't get enough of the crispy goodness. But it wasn't just the main courses that impressed us. The chocolate milk was indulgent, the perfect complement to our meals. And the muffins? Moist, fluffy, and bursting with flavor – they were simply irresistible. The mini donuts were a joy to devour! Light, airy, and coated in just the right amount of sugar, they melted in our mouths with each bite. The coffee was fine, the ideal pick-me-up after a satisfying meal. Cookies were baked to perfection – crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with generous chunks of chocolate in every bite. Overall, our experience at MacDonald's at Appleby was nothing short of fantastic. Whether you're craving a classic burger, a tasty wrap, or just a sweet treat to satisfy your sweet tooth, MacDonald's at Appleby has got you covered. Highly recommended!

This afternoon Dec 10th past 12noon at McDonald's Appleby. I saw this middle aged white-haired woman walked in this popular fast food chain perform a petty crime. She walked in holding onto a Goodlife Fitness gym bag and Metro grocery bag. She wore a black winter coat and ripped jogging pants and a brown North-Face toque. She went in took out an empty Gatorade bottle and helped herself fill her bottle with a fountain drink. Then she went to a couple of tables picking up receipts left by other customers and found an empty paperbag with number/ order stuck to the bag. She then approached the claim counter and told the staff that she ordered a sandwich. The staff looked at the paperbag with the order number. Not sure what this woman said but she got her sandwich without paying a cent. She happily went out of the restaurant and walked away. 🤔 How could she get away with lying to get a free sandwich and drink whereas I was there looking at my meal where I paid over $10 of my hard earned money? My fault I didn't tell the restaurant staff I guess and let her get away with it. Not necessarily. With the date and time I noted above. The restaurant owner can look into the surveillance cameras and find this woman and lookout if she returns again and stop her petty crime spree.

Laughable, appalling excuse for a McNugget meal I’ve ever seen, spent $150 on these guys in the past week hoping to give a chance to a frequented location. Selling these to customers should be a crime, do not waste your time or money here, poorly run operation, whole building always piled with garbage and dirty tables and seats, not properly stocked with ice or operating supplies. Staff poorly trained, can’t even count how many H&S violations I spotted during my 30m visit last week. I feel sympathy for whoever is responsible for this location.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I went last night and my husband has a pickle allergy and he wanted a double big mac sandwich with obviously no pickle! I ordered a kids meal for myself and we headed home. Once we got home my food wasnt in the bag and his had pickles on it! This is an OUTRAGE! when I asked to speak to the supervisor she said she would remake the meal and told me that big mac sauce also has traces of pickle in it which I did not know. My husband doesnt normally eat McDonalds and neither do I so he/I didnt know and I feel like we should of been warned at the drive thru window of these ingredients. With my kids meal they asked if I wanted a toy or book which I replied "book". The supervisor said that they no longer had books but no one in the drive thru told me that either. Now, I'm an adult so I dont need a kids book or toy but I feel that its just common courtesy to let the person know that these things are sold out because I was planning on giving the book to a friends child. Not to mention when I go and get a coffee its ALWAYS wrong so I have brought my business elsewhere. This isnt okay and the staff should be educated more on allergies and what is in certain sauces because if my husband didnt look for the pickle first that would of...
