I just spent 20 mins in this store waiting for my take out pita. The girl who greeted me at the cash was less than pleasant. I asked her how she was today and she said fine. And stared at me blankly. Then I order (I get the same thing every time) and the girl at the cash went to put gloves on while sniffling and coughing without covering her mouth. She didn’t make my puts so I didn’t want to cause a scene. Then the other girl who was putting toppings in, asks me what I want and I ask for light romaine because I hate when the pita is 80% lettuce. But she grabbed a hefty amount and went back to put more! I had to tell her to take some out. She loads the vegetables into my pita then gives me a half spoon full of cheddar cheese. I asked for a little bit more… as she was grabbing my chicken off the grill she forgot about a pita that was being toasted… it was clearly burnt and hen she handed it too the customer. The customer noticed as well but visibly didn’t have the time to wait since we all had been there for 15 mins at this point. She then puts my chicken and bacon on. Is it normal to only have 3 pieces just cut up super small? Lastly, I asked for 2 containers of tzatziki when I ordered for my pita chips. I get 2 so I can have some later on, and one is so small so it’s never enough for the big bag. She put one tiny scoop in each container lol. I get the cost of things had gone up but I always offer to pay for the sauce and they don’t charge me. Overall, very...
Read moreI came in to get a pita for my boyfriend and I and WOW I am disappointed with the staff. Both staff that were working seemed very unhappy and not welcoming at all. One staff member in particular blonde curly hair, (I believe her name is Jillian) was so rude to me and has horrible customer service. I paid for my 2 pitas when I first came in, that cost me over $20. When it came to putting toppings on she put half a spoon of feta cheese on it, so I asked for a bit more she told me she would have to charge me for it and I questioned that, since I had already paid for my pitas and topping are included...how is that fair... anyways I agreed to it and when it came time to pay for the extra cheese.....she rudely told me to go to the cash to pay for it. I assumed it would be 50cents for extra cheese (she never told me a price)....she charged me over $2 for a small spoon of cheese....of course I was upset about that. She tried to argue me about it and I told her im not paying that for extra cheese after I had already paid for my pitas. She then raised her voice at me and said "then leave" in a very rude tone. I thought that was very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I will never be coming back to that location now. Thank you for the bad...
Read moreI bought a wrap at the Burlington location today and the service was horrible. The wrap fell apart and rather than make a new one, the blonde woman thought it was best to just “dump” the contents of the old wrap into a new one creating a disgusting-looking inedible mess where all the ingredients had now fallen apart and was not appealing in any way. When I asked to have a new wrap made she told me that they don’t usually give products “free” to suggest that she was somehow doing me a favour instead of simply making me a fully formed wrap which is the product that I paid for. She and her colleague were clearly upset with having to make me a new wrap and their body language and tone made that quite evident that I - the customer- was being an inconvenience. It’s unfortunate because I visit that location at least once every other week and now will never give that location my business. To the blonde woman- you need to work on your customer service skills . You’ve lost a once loyal customer and potential future referrals to the...
