Ordered a bunch of items for delivery including 6 cinnamon buns, they conviently packed 3 iced cinnamon buns on top of 3 non iced cinnamon buns and I still got charged 4.50 a peice for them. If you don't have capacity to ship orders correctly, don't do it at all or at least do the honor of calling and asking if it's appropriate. Lame

The appropriate response when sending out incomete orders should be ; We are sorry we tried to hide the uncompleted orders underneath the completed and then passed off to the delivery driver so as to not take ownership of the lack of accountability from our store. But yet again here is a business though a silo in a larger franchise that tries to pass the buck rather than just honor a clear intentional pack job. Read moreNot very happy with this location. I bought a loaf, scone, and croissant. That was all good. I was checking to see which had the croissant in it so I could give it to my son then and there. It fell out of the bag when I was standing just by the counter. I thought I had fumbled it. Out it back in, and it fell out again. Turns out the bag was faulty and the bottom was not glued shut properly. I showed the guy at the counter, who saw that it fell out, and he gave me a new bag, but not a new croissant. Seems that it was there mistake with the faulty bag, so the "next" least thing he could have done was give me a new one.... Not happy with the level of service today...
Edit:. Went back 30 mins later and he was willing to take the dirty one and gave me a new one. Happy that they did that, but not happy that I had to go back to ask. ...
Read moreI regularly shop here for bread- always been fresh and delicious. Recently I've been unhappy with their customer service. Usually I pick my bread, they ask how I like my slices to be and I always ask for thin cuts.
Yesterday, they sold me already cut slices and insisted the bread was the thin cut possible even when I told them it doesn't look thin as I usually get it. I'm having this bread for breakfast and no, this is not the right cut I wanted. I'm disappointed and feel that they try to sell out whatever they've cut before and push those on people. It's the first time this has happened to me at any Cobs bread location- getting precut bread or someone insisting on selling precut breads despite of a customer requesting a specific cut. Overall, will not be very happy...
