I have been a consistent customer of Coco Fresh location off Lougheed Highway. This is now the third time I’ve ordered from the store, specified my severe allergy to dairy and requested they not use dairy when creating my Mango Slush drink; when in fact they have used dairy.

I have ordered this drink from multiple locations (including Lougheed Highway) and have had success with my order. Each time I confirm with the employee that they will NOT add dairy because of my severe allergy, and each time they acknowledge my request.

Again this is the third time they have put dairy in my drink and I’ve only found out after consuming some and noticing the difference in taste. I am wasting my money supporting your business, while also enduring the physical pain that comes from a mistake Your careless employees have made. Each time I have to toss the drink and not enjoy the rest of my day because of the accidental consumption of dairy.

I am beyond irritated with your employees lack of respect or consideration for my condition. I will not be returning to any coco fresh location and highly recommend you educate your employees on the severity...

Over the years I’ve learned to accept that Coco is unequivocally THE WORST bbt franchise. So when it’s past 10pm and all other available options were closed in North Burnaby, we had no choice but to visit Coco to satisfy a craving. And yes, we were once again disappointed. First of all, the menu in store doesn’t identify the dragonfruit series to be a smoothie vs a regular drink. So when the menu cycles faster than you can read and you ask for the dragonfruit drink, and the cashier keeps repeating, “so you want the smoothie…?”, it honestly doesn’t help in selecting the right drink order. Secondly, the second staff member was slamming fridge doors, throwing mixing spoons, and generally exhibiting all gestures of “I hate my job”. A note for this A+ employee…if you’re not happy, go find another job. The kitchen equipment doesn’t need to be your punching bag. Finally….in her quest to damage everything in the kitchen, the staff member managed to completely mix up our drinks. Come on…you asked me TWICE “so you want the smoothie…?”…could you not at least tell which one was the smoothie?...

Terrible service! I asked for QQ milk tea and was told it was unavailable. While deciding on an alternative, I initially considered the regular pearl milk tea but quickly switched to "2 lady". I noticed the staff member rolling her eyes and appearing quite irritated. Although I was unhappy with her reaction, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. My friend and I ordered three bubble teas in total. Since we had other items in our hands, we looked for a bag. My friend noticed bags on the counter and thought they were self-serve, so she tried to grab one. The staff responded sharply, firmly placing her hand on the bag. Trying to see it from the staff's perspective, I wondered if she found it impolite that we took the bag ourselves. So, I quickly and politely asked, “Can we please have a bag?” The girl stared at me aggressively and said, “Yeah, it costs 25 cents,” still clutching the bag tightly. I do understand charging for bags now days, but her demeanor and tone were completely uncalled for. It completely ruined my experience. As a customer I don’t believe I should be...

There are several of these chain beverage locations throughout Vancouver. We went to the location off Willingdon & Lougheed. Great selection of drinks – macchiato, tees, milk teas, slushes, & fruit teas. You have the choice of how sugary you want your drink and how much ice you prefer. You can also add on various toppings. Average price for a large drink is $7.50. We tried the chocolate milk tea (tasted like chocolate milk shake) & matcha Macchiato (a bit too much froth to my liking). Parking is a challenge especially on a busy intersection. It’s okay if you’re on foot. There are seats available to enjoy your drinks. When ordering, make sure you repeat your order. I almost ended up with taro milk tea instead of matcha Macchiato. They mostly serve ‘milk’ beverages. Not so good if you’re lactose intolerant.

5 stars every single day. Coco is awesome and the number one bubble tea chain in Greater Vancouver! This joint is one of their incredibly awesome stores and what sets CoCo above all competitors.. This time I tried something new and got The Two Sisters which was INCREDIBLE and super yummy! A new second favorite go-to bubble tea drink option for sure. The joint itself is very modern, new and stylish with excellent upkeep and in a sweet location just next to Brentwood skytrain station whilst offering plenty of parking facilities with no meters. The staff are super friendly, approachable and phenomenal at making delicious bubble teas!! Love me a CoCo! So stoked about this location which is one of the few, but for sure the best in the local area and other joints don't even come close.
