Very disappointing experience. I spent over $120 on pizza, and when I simply asked for one small sauce, they charged extra — just for a tiny 2 oz cup. That sauce costs them next to nothing, but they still felt the need to charge more after such a big order. It’s not about the money — it’s about the principle. When customers spend a lot, the least you can do is include a small dipping sauce. Instead, they choose to nickel and dime their customers, and that’s how you lose people. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. While I was standing there waiting, they kept answering the phone and dealing with other things instead of finishing with me first. When you have a customer in front of you, that should be your priority — not ignoring them to take phone calls or act busy. This kind of treatment shows a lack of respect for customers. The pizza was nothing special either — certainly not worth the price. Sadly, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Pizza Garden Brentwood delivers an authentic Italian pizza experience right here in Burnaby. We ordered two 18ā€ specialty pizzas, the Margherita and the Deli were both were absolutely outstanding. The first thing you notice is the dough: light, airy, and perfectly charred with that unmistakable flavor only possible when using premium Caputo Italian flour. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and consistency. Every bite tasted like it could have come straight out of a pizzeria in Naples. On top of the food, the service was equally memorable. The lady working today was incredibly caring and attentive, just watching her work, you could tell she really cared. She checked in with a genuine smile, and added that personal touch that makes you feel special. Thank you ā€œBuseā€! If you’re looking for real Italian-style pizza in Brentwood, Pizza Garden is the spot.

Pizza Garden is a Canadian chain specializing in authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, with several locations in Vancouver. The pizza is known for its light, crispy, and chewy thin crust, which is baked in a wood-fired or stone-hearth oven. The chain serves pizza by the slice, making it a popular grab-and-go option, but you can also order whole pizzas. The business was established in 2012 with its first location on Vancouver's Commercial Drive and has since grown to multiple locations across the Lower Mainland. I rarely frequent the Brentwood area. But we lucked out when we saw a girl put a fresh pepperoni on display. It was taunting us. Laughing at us. Almost saying you can’t resist 🤣

TLDR Pizza Garden is running a scam with their 25% off promotion through the app in order to gain business. Order at your own risk! Reviews are often written when service has been excellent or awful. Unfortunately, this review is for the latter, for the entire Pizza Garden chain.

Pizza Garden has a promotion on their website where you get 25% off your first purchase on the app. After placing my order using the code I was sent and seeing a preview of the amount owed, I headed to the store for pickup.

Upon arrival, I was told to pay for the full amount as there was no discount code. Interestingly, when I went to check on the app, the app also removed the discount from my "order history". I asked if the store would be able to use the code and apply it to the order as that was the amount I agreed to pay at checkout. I was told, "The order came from headquarters and there is nothing we can do to change it. You need to pay the full amount and contact headquarters to get a refund." I had a bad feeling about it and should have trusted my gut.

I emailed Pizza Garden twice, before they responded to me a week later. To be honest, this felt like a major scam for how the events unfolded: Dec 6: Pizza Garden asks me what code I used and invoice details Sent them the code and the invoice on the app, notifying them I did not take a screenshot of the price on the app screen when I ordered because I did not anticipate this problem Pizza Garden disregards the issue of the refund and app error and replies with: "Great news! Your coupon is valid for another order!" Sent a reply to remind them that the issue at hand was the refund as I was told by the store this was the process. If I had known the coupon would not work, I would have purchased food elsewhere that day Dec 8: Pizza Garden tells me "Rest assured, I am committed to resolving this matter and will get back to you promptly with updates." Pizza garden has ghosted me since Dec 8 after multiple...

great pizza… decent price… EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful staff.!! I have come to this location countless times over the past year… and have made several comments to them about the lack of the popular slice during prime lunch hour… which goes unheard… so I left and placed another order with the restaurant next door… i did come back to quietly explain my frustration to the cashier… when the tall red haired girl making the pizza decided to loudly and rudely interrupt… basically trying to imply that their business customers who are placing LARGE orders are more important.! what a way to make a customer feel welcome and appreciated.

when I have a complaint… it is because I care about or like the place i’m going to… and after complaining 3 times already without being heard… I don’t think that I will not be returning to this location at least.! as they told me… the large business orders keep them so busy… I...
