I have ordered from this location twice through Uber Eats, and not once have I received the donuts I actually ordered. I didnāt even get a full refund either. Today, I called about this issue, and the staff told me, āWeāre too busy and donāt have time to make new donuts, so we just put in whatever is left.ā
I know this is a lie because Iāve visited this location in person many times, even around 7 p.m., and Iāve never seen them too busy to make donuts. When I asked why they didnāt just cancel the order if they were out of stock, she claimed it was āout of their controlā and that they canāt cancel Uber Eats orders.
As you can probably tell, this is 100% FALSE. I worked in cafes and restaurants when I was a student, and whenever ingredients were sold out, we were able to cancel Uber Eats orders without a problem. When I asked her why she was lying, she had nothing to say. Also, when I asked for the managerās contact, she offered to deliver multiple free donuts to my home tomorrowāwithout even asking to her manager first. How is that even possible under her authority? This location clearly needs new staff. Why should customers have to suffer because of their laziness...

So my daughter and I finally arrived at the Tim hortans, after getting recommendations from my friends. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. As my daughter is only two years old, she often cries when she is so around people. But one of the employees Shubham came up and was very understanding and did everything he could to help. He made sure we were welcomed with a warm smile inspite of my daughter creating a scene, which made me feel normal about being there. Not just that he made sure his staff was with my daughter throughout and we were taken care. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great experience for themselves or their kids.
