Drive thru service is often quick, bathrooms are usually clean. However, despite clearly being displayed with a big picture & pricing on the menu, 95% of the time I order a greek yogurt, they have none made and are unable to sell me one.
I do understand that the greek yogurt menu item at Tim Hortons is generally made in the evening before closing, and put in the fridge ready to sell the following morning. I understand that they try not to prepare more greek yogurt parfaits than they can sell, and either way, their fridge is only so big. I understand that, considering these points, they are likely to run out of greek yogurt parfaits at some point throughout the day, and they may run out of stock all together between product delivery and as a result may not be able to prepare any Greek yogurt parfaits until the arrival of their next product delivery.
So now that I have made all of these points clear, I can reiterate: 95% of the time I order a greek yogurt parfait, they do not have any prepared to sell me. No, this is not in the evening, or even lunch time. This is not on a once a month or once a week basis. I generally visit this particular Tim Hortons at least 2-3 times every week, most often between the hours of 6-7 AM, although sometimes as early as 5:30 or as late as 10:30 AM. And yes, you guessed it, they do not have any greek yogurt parfaits.
So please, pretty please, learn how to consistently follow your daily evening work routine by preparing greek yogurt parfaits. Or, just another suggestion, maybe remove the giant picture of the incredibly delicious looking yogurt parfait from the middle of your teasing, lieing menu.
There are many Tim Hortons locations who do not sell the Tim Hortons greek yogurt parfait. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but these locations also have managed to remove the item from their menu.
Every morning I walk into Tim Hortons my eyes instantly fall upon that beautiful picture of a parfait. My mouth waters. My heart beat slightly raises. My pupils dilate. I'm in love for the first time all over again, and I am ready to eat out.
And every morning I walk out of this Tim Hortons with my coffee and the overbearing feeling of loss, a little piece of my heart dies.
So please, pretty please, at least occasionally, let my dreams of...
Read moreI did mobile order curb side pickup and it took over 30 mins to get 1 coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. It shouldn’t take 40 mins + to make one coffee and two sandwiches I’m shocked they can keep the doors open at this rate of service. What’s the point of mobile order if it takes the same amount of time or even longer than ordering inside. I’m gonna starting going to A&W next door since they always have the order done quick and ALWAYS ready by the time you show up to pick it up since they got all their ducks in a row. Further more, last time I ordered for pick up I stood at the counter for over 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged the workers went back and forth like I wasn’t even there and some even made eye contact but yet still kept on doing what they were doing. You see everyone that comes in after you get there order before me it’s like they prioritize walk in customers over curb side what’s the whole point of curb side if walking in is faster? Also, when they do manage to bring your food they don’t even apologize for the extensive wait most simply give you your food abs walk away not saying a word. I’ll definitely be telling my employees to avoid this place for sure. Very slow service and poor customer service skills would highly not recommend this place if you have a job and don’t wanna be late for work because coming here would eat up your entire lunch break now I fully understand why the ratings, reviews are so bad here we should get bonus points for extending wait times . Best part is I went in and the employee stated “ I tried” and that I wasn’t there even tho I was in the parking lot for the whole hr and dared to state I wasn’t parked in the right spot even tho there is no sign clearing stating where to park only a advertising sign says curbside pickup to use mobile order how dare I be blamed for their mistake. Sheila stepped in and made everything better since she seen the employee was arguing with me in a combative manner Sheila deserves a raise I highly recommend for any management role she...
Read moreDear Manager/Owner,
It has now been five months... FIVE MONTHS!, and we're still dealing with the same safety and noise issues outside the store. Are you seriously still waiting for the weather to improve?
If we can't trust what you say, how can we trust what you serve?
The inside of the store has been completely renovated, yet the exterior remains neglected — posing daily risks and disturbances for customers and neighbors alike. This is not only frustrating but also unacceptable.
IT IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE…
Two months have passed since they replied to our message, and nothing has been done. The noise is now waking up my newborn baby girl. We will contact the City of Burnaby. TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY.
On behalf of the residents in the neighborhood across from the store at 6641 Kingsway, Burnaby, we’re raising a concern that has been affecting us all. There’s a loose piece of metal on the entrance ramp that creates a very loud noise whenever a car drives over it. Since the store is open 24/7, this noise becomes extremely disruptive at night, repeatedly waking up the entire community.
We’ve already tried reaching out through the app’s “Contact Us” section, but only received an automated response, and no action has been taken. Please address this issue and fix the ramp to prevent further disturbances for...
