We took a drive and decided to drop by and have meal with coffee at this shop. We waited in line when we were called to the next cash. The tone was very rude. We walked over to the cashier; she started asking what we like. It is not what she was asking but the bad attitude was very evident. My husband placed the order, she was rushing and keep on saying. That's It, that's it. My husband was going to pay with his credit card, my daughter said, hold on. She took out her Tim's rewards card. Lo and behold, the cashier looked at us as though she was doing us a favor. Either order or get out. I then said to her that we are the customer and she needs to drop the attitude. She slams the coffee and said whatever!
This is a very unacceptable behaviour. We don't deserve this. We had a great day and thought we will stop for a meal and end of the day with the bliss we had during the day. Unfortunately, this was not the case because of your Cashier.
I went over to another attendant and ask for a manager. She said that the lady who served us is the supervisor and the manager is not at work today.
We will not be going to this Tim Horton anymore.
Recommendation: Training regarding customers etiquette as this is the core of your business Supervisor needs to understand that no matter how bad her day Is, she can't vent on her customers As a supervisor she needs to...
Read moreCountless times my order was made wrong. I've reached out to the store a few days ago again over my entire order being wrong, I went through the drive thru to get this order. No management was 'available' apparently. So during a mid-day shift you have NO MANGER on site? Interesting. I left my information with a worker who clearly didn't pass it along, as no one from this store has reached out to even apologize for their mistake. As a resident in this town, it's frustrating to have to check my order everytime through thr drive thru. I have reached out to head office as well. Still nothing. They've lost my business at this particular location. I've worked at a tims before. They stress speed instead of accuracy. This is the wrong way to look at things. Train your staff to do it right 1st then the speed will come. Below is what the usually mess up on me. I ordered a steeped tea, 2 sugar and 2 milk. This one was marked on the lid but made with at least 2 CREAM and no sugar... and WAS COFFEE!! my sandwiches were wrong and 2 completely wrong donuts... thanks for taking my money and not standing by your...
Read moreJust got my breakfast combo this morning , at the order screen window Navdeep took my order , Repeated my breakfast order wrong then I said repeated slower and more louder for her to get it right again . Grabbed my food and before I left the parking lot noticed it was wrong , I tried to go inside but doors was locked then walked to the drive thru window to explain. She proceeded to tell me that I ordered a “sausage on a bagel” which she said at the order screen the first time where I repeated no “sausage bagel belt combo” (slower and louder) . She goes on to tell me that they have 3 people wearing headsets and can hear the order , not sure how all 3 people inside can’t hear the same thing twice and still mess it up . I come here almost daily throughout the week . Unacceptable , usually Tim Hortons just fix it for you , no questions asked , I dont like leaving a bad review but this early in the morning just left a rough mood after going back and forth with her . “Speaking slower and louder” is translated to being rude...
