I would give a big fat 0 star.
I would like to express my disappointment and my anger with PIZZAVILLE pizza here in Bolton. I had previously tried to order from them for delivery and was told I wasn't in thedelivery jurisdiction so I left it at that. I have two children with celiac disease and myself as well. My children prefer Pizzaville over Pizza Nova.
Well my children's bday is this weekend and I went into the Pizzaville location to see if maybe they might still deliver to my home as I am not far and still don't understand why they will not deliver to me. The owner was very rude to me and told me to go to Pizza nova.
So I called the Pizzaville head office and ask if they would look into if I could be added to this area (only because my children really love it and I let the attitude slide). They told me I am in the area for delivery and I placed a big order for Saturday.
..............2 min later the owner of the Bolton location called me and asked me where I live. I told him I am the same person who came into his store. He once again gave me attitude. And I expressed I didn't appreciate his attitude and to cancel my order. I called head office and complained and canceled my order.
I can not believe the attitude I received today over my home address and ordering pizza for my kids party. I will never order from Pizzaville here in Bolton ever again. I will be placing my kids birthday order and all other orders I need in the future from pizza nova from now on. I just needed to vent. Please be aware of this owner and how he treats his...
Read moreI have been ordering from the Pizzaville Bolton location for the last 6 months since moving here. Originally I was out of the delivery zone as my address wasn't on Google maps yet so all my orders were for pickup. I had no problem with this as going into the store every time was an amazing experience. I was always welcomed with amazing customer service and great conversation. My two small children who are feens for pizza love coming to this location. Personal interaction from staff keep smiles on these little ones faces. I know your thinking oh it's just pizza, but it's really good pizza with delicious sauce and generous amounts of toppings. They have chicken wings that melt in your mouth and nice crisp salads if your looking for something on the light side.
The owner has an amazing heart. In a few min conversation I was able to learn that every new years eve the owner and his family make roughly 50 party size pizzas and cater it downtown Toronto to feed the homeless, and I'm not talking about going to a homeless shelter, they litterly drive around in the freezing cold weather handing out nice hot pizza to the homeless on the street. Every Christmas the owner and his family go and purchase over 100s of toys and then takes them across to different hospitals handing them out to the children. Their passion isn't just about food...it's also about giving back.
This place isn't food...it's family, and one family I'm proud to...
Read moreDined in here with my wife and 2 daughters. We felt very out of place the entire time l. Felt discriminated against for being people of colour. They clearly have a problem with anyone whos not italian or white. I asked if they make espresso , the cashier said of course no problem so I waited in line for the second time for 15 minutes , and when i got to the front and ordered it , this man came from the back looking all upset. He looked me up and down and refused the order saying “ No i cant do espresso” . I got the point , gathered my family and left. My skin colour was definitely a factor. Wont return. Disgusting behaviour .
As far as the food , we ordered a pizza and 2 pastas. All 3 items came out separately , and were just decent. The pastas didnt live up To the hype, and the pizza was better than both pastas put together .
This place made me and my entire family feel really uncomfortable. Racist vibes for sure .
They were also super polite snd chatty with all other non-coloured guests . ...
