A&W Canada — Restaurant in Calgary

If I could give this A&W no stars, I would. I was at Marlborough mall with my mother, we got hungry in between shopping, and decided to grab some A&W. My mother is a fan of A&W, a weekly frequenter, and if I had to choose my favourite fast-food burger chain, A&W would be at the top. But this particular A&W was beyond disgusting. I couldn't even believe that it was A&W food that we were eating. The food was OLD. The beef patties were grainy, and dry. I found several "hard white pieces" in the patties. The fries tasted like they had been made the day before, refrigerated, and then reheated. My first clue should have been when we ordered two Uncle Burgers, and were told that they only had ONE Uncle Burger, and then proceeded to tell us that if we wanted another one, we would have to wait 15 minutes. I stupidly chose something else instead of waiting 15 minutes. Right then and there, I should have known that they had old burgers laying around, and were just trying to get rid of them.

My mother and I are completely turned off from A&W. Unfortunately, this one restaurant has grossed us both out enough, to never go to ANY...

I ordered Mama burger with cheese meal just now and after i got everything i ran right away to the clinic which i had the doctors appointment.. whilst waiting for the doctor i was about to eat my burger but there was no cheese on it.. after my appointment i went back to a&w and stated that my burger has no cheese on it which i pay for it. The service crew told me why i didn’t return right away and i said this is not my fault. She even told me that they’ll just gonna put the cheese on the side and i said i want a new one coz the burger gets cold and she insist that i should return it right away next time.. my first time to come in this store and definitely not coming back anymore.
