I just went here today and ordered 3 orders of large shrimp tempura and was told to wait because they are made to order only to come back to 3 large orders of veggie tempura. When I politely asked them if I could have those replaced to the correct orders, I was yelled at by both of the people working there. I was willing to pay the difference but they wouldn’t let me. They want me to pay for the full amount of another 3 orders and would not let me get a refund from my previous transaction. So at the end, I didn’t get my food nor my money back.
P.S Funny how you change your response now when both people in the restaurant were yelling at me and humiliating me in front of other customers hey? Of course I would leave. You wanted me to pay for another full amount for an order you did incorrectly. Prior to paying for the food, I clearly asked you three times for 3 LARGE SHRIMP TEMPURA. And when you told me the total, I asked again if you got the right order. I didn’t bother checking the receipt as I used to go to your shop all the time without having any problems with my food. When I came home and had my sister call you, you proceeded to go on a monologue not even letting her speak. You want to offer the replacement after everything else and told my sister I can’t ever come back to your store again. At this point I really don’t want to have anything to do with you or your store. I just want my money back. It’s petty money but you were extremely rude to me and my sister. You even wanted us to apologize to you? Why do I need to apologize when I was the one who was wronged in this issue? Why do I have to apologize for an order punched in and prepared wrongly? I am paying for the food, not begging for it. The way you treated me in the shop, you made me feel like I was begging for scraps or I was scamming you into giving me free food. You also wanted me to worry about you food cost. I understand that fixing my order would impact your food cost, but do you think other restaurants guilt trip their customers with their...
Read moreSo-so. Good menu variety and plenty of options without the ubiquitous crabstick so many places overuse. Service was excellent. Some problems: the sushi rice was overcooked and underseasoned: more mushy than sticky. The tofu stir fry was hot and fresh, but very bland. The tempura yam was actually very good, as was the spicy mayo, but I prefer larger pieces so you get less coating and oil. The bentos are plenty of food for the money but the edamame was oddly tough: I had to bite through the pods to get the beans out. The fish and veg were fresh. But to make such, you HAVE to properly cook the...
