10.57 apiece? Take my money! Bowl full to the rim, delicious soup, beans sprouts, green onion, noodles, sweet (fried?) onion, and even crispy onion topping. Perfect variety in your bowl. And the amount of meat surprized me, very generous! Lovely lady asked me of I want any spice and cilantro. Had both and loved it. Served under 60 seconds! Nice little inside "patio" with plants separating it from the mall area. Super cozy, many tables taken. Clear sign the food is good. Photos and menu look a bit old-fashioned, but don't let that scare you away! Advertisement money went into the quality of the product. And quiet! No loud music yelling at you. You can sit down with a friend and actually hear each other. 10/10, would come here again and bring friends. Really disappointed, would give zero if I could. I am fine with paying extra for something if it’s visibly stated, I was up charged for overfilling my bowl (though only a $1 per plate, it’s the principal). I always thought the was the entire point of this place, to fill up your bowl, in which the bowl seems to have got smaller over the years. Perhaps they should change their business model to be more like subway, where you can see what options they have, but the staff adds in the amount they want. I absolutely love the beef soup from here! My family and I come here about 4 times a month even with it being out of the way from where we live now. I hear the other soups are just as good but I usually stick with what I know. Also you must try the homemade sauces from the chili to ginger sauce! They are amazing and can add the right heat and flavors. Mind you the soup is already very flavorful itself. It is a must try!
