I went in at 9:15pm today to order a juice apple carrot ginger juice. And when I ordered it the girl behind the counter said that they can’t make any juice anymore as they’re closing soon. The store closes at 10pm. The whole reason why I drove to the store was because I saw the online hours being open till 10pm. If it was 9:50pm and I had gone in to the store, I’d understand that you cannot provide the product. However this seemed to be just a case of laziness. You should advertise your hours and say “only limited items can be ordered”. I didn’t appreciate being told “we close soon so we are not doing any fresh juice anymore”. You should appreciate a customer driving out in this weather to come in...

They were super busy when I came in and didn’t have time to take my order so I decided to order through the app to save time. When the lady finally came to the till I let her know I placed a mobile order. I waited for about 20 mins and saw that 2 couples behind me got their drinks and I asked about my order. The lady just say “oh mobile order I’ll make it now”. 3 more people proceeded to get their drinks until they finally gave me mine. I waited a total of 30 minutes, didn’t get an apology and my drink wasn’t good. I regularly get an impact açai from other locations and this one tasted sweet and watery.

Needless to say I’m thoroughly disappointed in this experience and will never come to this...
