We went tonight to your paw patrol kids event . We arrived at 230 and were the first table being sat .Shantelle. Lady with red hair pulled back took us to the top section .We had reserved a table for 5 .Yes 2 teenagers 2 adults and a child 6. We were taken to the worst table in the top corner facing the wall a table for 4 with a chair stuck in the aisle . The gm manager slapped the menus down and walked away . I ga e her one of those are we gonna fit looks. She didn’t care . We were rammed right in there tightly .Once the other arrived to us 2 adults and a child we couldn’t move . The food was tasty and the waitress was amazing . She was polite and efficient . When the gm Shantelle lady with red hair came over and said was everything okay, II attempted to explain to her that the table didn’t work for us I was ready to tell her why and she interrupted me and said I heard you and hastily walked away. Honestly you should care whether your customers are comfortable and you should pay attention to people who have disabilities .She was rude in every which way She needs to be taken out with the trash she’s definitely not a team leader or a good asset for your company .you should make the waitress that served us your general manager she’s got a lot...

Bps Riverbend in my 13yrs of frequenting the establishment has somehow made it become my local watering hole even though I don’t live in the neighborhood. All of the staff and regulars over the years have made it feel like my home away from home. I kinda feel like Norm from Cheers and everyone knows your name when you walk in. Unfortunately over the years, staff and management changes regularly so it’s not easy keeping long term relationships with everyone. There’s always great additions to the staff that do stick around long term like Michelle, MJ, Jenna, Dani, Emma, Tara, Olivia and of course Jenavieve who’s now worked her way up to bartending. I apologize if I’ve forgotten anyone, it’s just such a long list of great server’s that have impacted my life! All of these ladies have done an amazing job in the time that they’ve spent here and hopefully long into the future! People like Jenavieve that are doing their best to learn about the regulars so she can interact better is great for making everyone feel at home. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We've steered clear of this place for quite some time as the turn over in management and staff as been remarkable. With the cheesy signs on the side of the road looking for management it was a easy decision to stay away. However we waited a few months in hopes it would get better. So the family tried to order some food. Thai chicken bites came with next to no sauce. Boneless wings came with sauce lightly spread on the edges. And believe it or not our pizza came in a oval with all the toppings on the side of the box. We then called the manager who I'm sure was there for 5 mins and he suggested we fill out the thing on the thing. I'm guessing he meant the survey on the recipet. After some argument about how it's his responsibility as the "manager" to look over everything he was glad to pass along many umms and ahhhs. Took one bite of the food and packed it back up and went back to the restaurant. Grabbed a table in the middle of the restaurant and decided to have a picnic with the manager where after looking at the first dish I returned he refused to look at the second.
