Jugo Juice Riverbend — Restaurant in Calgary

Ran in to grab a quick lunch and smoothie. The location was super clean, had wicked fast service, and the staff were lovely and very friendly! My smoothie was delicious, filled to the brim, and hit the spot. But the chicken Cesar kale wrap? BIG Yikes. The tortilla was so stale it crumbled in my hands, and the sad soggy little filling inside tasted like it had been waiting all week to disappoint me. I called to give a heads-up and was offered a new wrap, (props for that, but no thank you) and honestly this recovered my service with how friendly and quick they were to offer a replacement to rectify the issue. If I go back (70% chance I will) I’m not going to chase waterfalls, I’ll stick to the rivers and the smoothies I’m used to. Food 0/5 - not fresh, not tasty, not...

Came here yesterday evening, ordered the Super Greens from the immunity menu, and let me tell you, I have been BLOATED for MONTHS, like probably closer to a year, my stomach has protruded a lot and when I woke up this morning, I looked in the mirror and for the first time in a long time my stomach as actually decreased in size, like I can't see my belly past my chest when I looked down... so I can only think that it must've been the smoothie! I feel so good today, significantly less bloated, and for once I don't feel nauseous immediately in the morning. I'll definitely make their smoothies a weekly thing if this is how they make...

Absolutely brutal service I came in hoping to get a quick smoothie inbetween games of my volleyball tournament and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes watching the employees attempt to remake the smoothies after messing up. They looked like they had no idea what they were making and spent 5 mins reading off the sheet trying to figure out what to put in. On top of all that while we were in a hurry a lady came in 10 minutes after us and got her stuff before us. I was incredibly disappointed and was late to my game and will be sticking to booster juice from now on as they actually fill their cups up...
