Update - Rep Saad reached out, and we discussed my recent experience below and made it right by replacing the pizza - same original order with the following exceptions.
Did not select the Well Bake - when ordering any thinner crust pizza, it's easier for it to be overcooked. I recommended that they should update the web/app to add the wording beside the Well Bake option to "not recommended for thin crust." Also added extra sauce, which again may be a recommended practice on any larger oversized pizza as they seem to use the standard portion, which is too thin.
I'm satisfied with the service, not happy I still needed to pay a delivery fee, but small compromise.

I'm sure I will order again before the New Year. Thank-you Saad for your assistance.
This location is being more miss than hit and I HATE that they have no email to provide feedback. Ordered the large XL pepperoni special with a few extra toppings and typically order well done bake so the middle is not too soggy...NOT burnt. Obviously no quality check. Also next to no pizza sauce on the pizza making it worst. I used up my expiring pizza dough bonus so will not be ordering from PJ again as this was the second time I have experienced this same thing.
Previous order and review below was positive, but last few orders now been bad.
No means for feedback through the App and tried online with web errors. Service rating is based on Papa Johns does not make it easy to complain without making a phone call, and I am not in the mood.

Read moreRUDE STAFF. I love Papa Johns and this location is just minutes from my house but the last time I was there will be the last time. The staff are very rude. 2 times the pineapple topping on my pizza was dumped in one spot! When I called to and asked for my pineapple to be spread properly, the lady was very rude and reminded me that they know their job and don't need to be told. Last week I walked into the store to pick up my order. I just stood there for over 3 minutes as the clerk was busy writing messages and smiling into his phone. He was finally "alerted" to my presence by another one although he had seen me come in. He grudgingly came, asked me for my name and handed me the pizza, all the while looking at his phone. At a different time, the same clerk has kept me standing in front of him for an unreasonably long time, waiting to make an order while he fidgeted with the register - I knew he was b-s'ing. I run a business and work too hard to retain my customers. I am not paying for a service where they think they are doing me a favour! There is another Papa Johns just minutes from this...
Read moreI usually order at this location through skip the dishes however had some extra time today so just ordered for pickup through there online website where I was given a discount on what I had ordered [1 large topping pizza] I had brought exact change to pay for my pizza when I arrived was told the price is more then what had been confirmed online [the difference not being the end of the world] I showed the employee the price in the email confirmation which they did not care about and told me the price was the price.I ended up having to break a larger bill since it was more then the exact change I had brought which is why my rating is lower the pizza is average like any papa johns however being told one thing by there website then being charged more even if the difference is not a lot ruins the in house experience so I will be returning to ordering through skip the dishes if I choose to eat here again as the difference is about the same as what I had been charged more for anyways so I will opt for the convenience of skip the dishes and recommend so to anyone else considering the...
