I am a high school student and this Tim hortons is next to my bus stop I often go before u catch the bus however the cupple mornings I have gotten manny items from the new fall menu. I first thought that this was a cheeper choice from the Starbucks down the street but I have been disappointed with the drinks that have been served to me recently. I orderd a pumpkin spice latte for it to come and taste like coffee. Now you think that I am young and would not like coffee and compared to the coffee I brew at home for free this tastes like a disappointment in a cup. Now Iâm this disappointed and I come to school tired and mad from waking up early to pick up a âpumpkin spice latteâ that tastes like bitter coffee. My friend comes with the same drink kind u different location it tastes 100% better and I end up throwing away my 5$ drink. Now I like Timhortans so I get another drink itâs not on the menu but I asked with a different barista very nice man in the afternoon I got a pumpkin spice chi great should add to menu it come out perfect and tastes great jow I come again this morning with my Friend she orders a iced chi latte now you think that it was maybe just the flavoring of the pumpkin that we wouldnât like but she received this COFFEE thatâs iced with a slash of milk 3$ wasted in your lazy workers! Now I ask for the iced chi pumpkin latte she says they donât sell them here (Wich they donât) but I exclaimed how Iâd gotten one at this location and she inexplicably tunes me down saying Iâm wrong. So she recommends the pumkin latte (Wich I thought was iced mb) she gives me the sad drink tasting like rotten overnight salid dressing with vinegar get in it I am extremely disappointed in the morning staff. Unlike with the afternoon staff (specifically the white tall man) give him a raise or fire the others.    Read moreForgot about my food, then forgot about extra sauce so I had to ask for my food 5 min later after getting everything else for my family from ordering then had to ask for sauce in the side since it wasnât on the wrap then there was some kind of back ground discussion about charging for sauce on the side and I said no I asked for it on my wrap and it wasnât put on thatâs why Iâm asking for it and there is not an extra charge for that only if you ask for a container originally and whom Iâm assuming was some type of management replied to that that she will give me the sauce and not charge me for it as if it was some grace by her and not all of the staffs forgetfulness. No apologies. Just a customer service voice âhave a nice day mamâ. Also my French vanilla was like 3 quarters full and all the pay machines were having issues. The food and stuff was good old classic Timmyâs food though, no issues but the wait, the snark, the lack of apology, and the lack of sauce that I eventually got with a complaint and didnât need to listen to her scold an employee could have asked them questions after I got my sauce lol. The employee was right to not charge me anyway because itâs only when you original ask it on the side not when the cook forgets it on the wrap. I was annoyed enough that I still think about this visit and am writing this a week later lol. First world problems I guess.

Taking another star for the lack of customer service aftercare, if you see a review, and take the time to respond to it, maybe using a generic, once again non-apologetic statement that feels like an auto robot wrote this and didnât even process or read it would be useful, or donât reply at all.    Read moreEven when it's slow the food and drink take longer than it should. Lot's of times you are left standing and waiting for someone to come take your order for up to 5 mins, sometimes more. Most of the staff are friendly, but I was very rudely addressed by one recently. Myself and my partner were there late and at 10 pm an employee came up with no prior warnings and told us we needed to leave immediately because the lobby was closed. I was confused as both the sign on the door and the listing online say they're open until 11, to which she (again, very rudely) said that they needed to clean and that only the drive through is open until 11. Her tone throughout the whole interaction was very annoyed and she made no attempt at being polite or friendly at any point. We would have left already if we had known they closed at 10. We didn't argue and just got up to leave, but I double checked the sign on the door which did indeed say the lobby is open until 11. I went in and in a friendly tone said that their sign said they're open, and that she should make sure it gets fixed. She looked at me while I was talking and clearly heard me, but did not respond at all, and just went back to cleaning. Minor complaint, but they stop serving breakfast but their menu does not change at all, and most of the menu is taken up by the breakfast items, making the ones you can actually order during the day very tiny and difficult to read. The managers here really need to step in and make sure their employees are delivering on customer service. The attitude and service itself leave much to be desired, and they absolutely need to ensure the information they display is correct...
