There was a mix-up with messaging between their online ordering and delivery schedules, while it was frustrating waiting around during the day expecting a delivery, I must say when they came to deliver, the man was unconditionally apologetic, explained how the mix-up happened, and even outlined a plan to avoid it in the future. On top of that, he included an extra little gift in addition to the order itself and even spent a minute explaining the beers, recommended tasting order and notes, and the pizza was also amazing! He was also kind enough to adhere to health regs by wearing his mask and explaining things at a good arm's length, even though you could tell the social instinct in him is to be much more hands on. Almost anyone can brew good beer, finding great customer service within the retail and service industry is a rarity. I can't review all the beers yet, as I am still making my way through, but from prior experience, their porter and their IPA are both fantastic! I recently had the pleasure of trying Bow River Brewery's Cherry Raz Wit and it was an absolute delight. This Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with cherries and raspberries, which gives it a fruity and refreshing taste that's perfect for a warm summer day. I had an excellent time at Bow River Brewing! The standout of my visit was without a doubt the Scared Rabbit IPA – bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly friendly and informative, and a special shout-out to Emma, who’s new but already super great to talk to and made the visit even better.

The food is top notch, pairing perfectly with the beer lineup and adding to the overall experience. What really impressed me was seeing Ian, the owner, hands-on and engaging with customers. He’s a great guy who clearly cares about both the beer and the community.
