Buffalo Bob's — Restaurant in Calgary

I have went there 3 times now and each time I have a new complaint or something else to add onto why I dislike going there, The service is horrible I had to wait 20 before I was even acknowledged, The place wasn't even busy the waitresses turn away when you look at them. When the waitress finally came around to take my order she got it wrong. The rest of the time she was no where to be found.

The bartender acts like he is better then everyone else and cant be bothered to do anything, If he brings you wings its nature for him to act like a complete snob and that he is better then you.

The decor is alright half the time the place is so boring that you can barley keep your eyes open....That is when you have to wait 20 for someone to stop pretending that you are not there when they all look your way but can't ask you what drinks your getting.

The food isnt worth the price you pay, I had a salad and I could swear that the lettuce was from a week ago. Wings are OK depending on the night even then for what you pay Ive been to cheaper and better places.

Disgusting customer service.

My friend Ordered a Nashville Chicken sandwich, and it arrived an hour later, stone-cold. The server with curly hair came back to inform me that the burger was being specially made for me by the manager and would take 7 minutes tops. 38 MINUTES later, it finally arrived. At this point, we were all beyond frustrated.

The bills took over an hour to come, and the server kept looking at your table with disgust. On top of this, the manager, Becca, had the audacity to still charge my friend for the burger, claiming it was because he wanted to take it home after waiting for 3 hours for the burger .

Took the rest of the table 45 minutes to get our drinks, and an hour and a half for food. The food itself was terrible, not worth the wait or the frustration.

What sent all of us for a toss and infuriated us the most was our server's disgusting comment: “You didn’t eat at home?” towards my friend. This was after waiting 3 hours for his food.

I will NEVER come back here again. Save your time, money, and patience. If I could leave a 0-star...

My husband and I went in for dinner yesterday. He had the beef dip with poutine, and I had the crispy chicken wrap, also with poutine. Shared an order of deep-fried pickles. Service at first was pretty good, and the pickles arrived quickly. They were hot, crunchy, and delicious. When our entrées arrived, we noticed that both of our poutine had been held under a broiler, resulting in burned cheese and gravy. The cheese that did not taste or look like cheese curd left a pool of grease on the bottom of the dish. All the fries on the bottom layer were saturated in grease and lost all crispness. I did not eat my poutine. My husband's beef dip had a noticeable lack of beef in the bun. Very small portions. My chicken wrap was good. The chicken was seasoned well and was definitely the shining star of our entire experience. After all this, it took a very long time for the server to bring us our bill.
