Update review on buffet, again somewhat quality is good, but very very poor customer service. I have give lot more business to this place. I been there many time. I understand that Iâm not VIP, but Iâm still a customer. If customer means nothing to the business, you are doing it wrong, I have had a really bad customer experience today which makes me leave this review. I felt like I donât exist when there. Will never go back as the overall experience was not good. Further to add that bot ownerâs son and other staff made made fell that I do not add any value to the the business as a single individual (which hurted me the most and levee the premises right away- to make sure I payed, I left aprox $70 in cash - even I did not get full buffet) I also felt ownerâs son was rude as he did not provide good costumer service to de-escalate the issue. His response was ok, you can leave and leave a review (rather than want can I do do to fixg it).
Spoke to ownerâs son, he treated me like I (as a customer) mean nothing to the business.
Poor customer service. I have been gone to dine in for both lunch and dinner buffet. No issue for food at buffet. Today, I decided to order takeaway and order 4 item. Picked up my order no issue. Got home (I live near Okotoks which is about 35 to 40 minutes drive), open my order, 1 item was missing (which paid for). I called in and spoke to a female person on the phone, who reviewed my order and offered to refund. She was unable to proceed to refund via machine. I was offered to refund via e-transfer. I provided my email address for the transfer and was informed to receive the refund in about 30 minutes. I waited half an hour, no refund email was received. Called in again and I was informed that manager is busy talking order as he will be sending the refund. I was again informed that refund will be processed in about half an hour. Again, no refund email was received. Called in after 40 minutes. This time I spoke to the manager who ensured that he is sending money as soon as the call is disconnected. As for timeline, I picked my order at around noon. The calls took placed between 1 and 3pm. Now is almost 7:15pm. 5 hours after, there is still no refund. At this moment, I not looking to get anything and itâs not about money anymore. As being disappointed as this was our familyâs Sunday lunch, we were all looking to enjoy our meal which was ruined by this experience as first staff was not careful to pay attention, secondly after I called few times there was no follow ups. Mistakes happen and can be corrected and forgotten. But experience like this will never be forgotten as I felt that both staff and manager did not care and thought they could get away with this. I was offered to go to restaurants to pick it up missing item, but as a customer who live 40 minutes away, just to go pickup 1 thing that your staff made mistake is not fair in my opinion. A very poor customer service and poor management as simple issue are not being addressed on timely manner and professionally. If you are going to treat your customer like they do not matter, I donât think this the right place to spend your hard...

The owner was so hesitant to serve us and told us they canât let us use more than 3 plates( we paid for the buffet and thought itâs unlimited). Then we asked for extra naan, owner said âI just gave u naanâ. we said we need more and he gave us weird looks and took forever to bring two more naan. Then we went to take sweets and the same guy was so weird that when I asked him to give me extra he said thatâs too much for now(seriously!!, Iâm paying for the buffet). Finally when we were eating gulab jamun and jalebi, we couldnât eat more than a bite. Jalebi was stale and was stinking and gulab Jammu was dark brown and burnt from inside so we just left the plate on the side. We then asked for water which we were doing the 3rd time because they forgot to serve us water. Same guy came, looked at the plate and said âthatâs why I wasnât giving u extra because now look what u guys did, u wasted our foodâ. OH MY GOODNESS, the audacity of this guy amazed me to a level that I couldnât sit there anymore. I stood up and said itâs burnt and the reply he gave me was so funny, he said âitâs NANAKâ. Like seriously ??? What did u guys make? Frozen snacks and sweets.Right after that my son started crying saying something bit him and the cherry on top was that ANT on his arm. Damn, garbage place, garbage food and garbage people. Plz never ever go there, they insult u for eating food which u paid for. They insult u for asking more food and then when ur kid cries because he got bit by the ANT, they say âoh maybe the Ant was already on himâ when we showed them the whole bunch of those ANTS on the wall next to us, they had no answer. We literally paid for something we didnât eat, got insulted. They should shut down their business. Meanest people working there especially that guy who had no manners to say sorry...
