Chachi's Sandwich Bar Marda Loop — Restaurant in Calgary

I haven't been to Chachi's in quite some time so when I came in, I was a bit stumped on what to get on the menu and I found myself torn between two options (turkey, can and brie vs. chicken bacon ranch). The service attendee (who later revealed himself to be the owner) did a fantastic job of describing each sandwich, giving a flavour profile and his own opinion, in order to help me reach a conclusion. Despite his best efforts I was still feeling super indecisive and he graciously offered that he can just make one of them for me to try and taste and if I didn't like it, he would happily make the other one. I ended up choosing the turkey, cran and brie initially. Unfortunately I found the cranberry sauce too sweet and overpowering for my liking, and he immediately made my second choice without hesitation which turned out to be amazing!

Not only was the sandwich I ended up with delicious, I really want to highlight the level of service I received and felt like they went above and beyond to ensure I left happy with my order (which I definitely did!).
