Unfortunately i have to select 1 star; not hear to smear simply give my online feedback from my experience. If you are looking to experience Chopped Leaf for the first time PLEASE do not go to this location i'd suggest Deerfoot Meadows. I use to go into the Deerfoot Meadows location three times a week for the same sandwich Tuna Melt and was delicious; decided to go to the Beacon Hill location and what a horrible experience. Firstly they didn't have pre-made chopped salads in in the to go cups so i went on to order my Tuna Melt and was horrible. Typically they place in oven and once cooked they then add the lettuce, carrots etc....this location put all the veggies on first(I don't think most people who eat a sandwich warm up there veggies first but hey maybe you like it soft and soggy rather then crunchy and enjoyable) anyways i go up and thankfully i did as they were making on the wrong bread so i got that corrected before they made the sandwich unfortunately wasn't able to stop them before they put in the oven with all veggies. I asked the individual working and he said that's how we make it unless the customer request it differently, interesting as I've never had to request that way at Deerfoot Meadows location as i figured not warming up crunchy veggies is common sense and that all locations are required to make the product the same way. From there the sandwich comes falling apart not enjoyable at all; for me personally someone who ate at Chopped Leaf quite frequently would suggest not going to this location for that...
Read moreGot a Cobb bowl and the spicy chicken sandwich. The cobb bowl is supposed to have egg, lettuce, cheddar, avocado, bacon bits, red onion, grape tomatoes, and grilled chicken, along with Chipotle ranch dressing. Normally at other locations everything has been included in the bowl when I have ordered this in the past. For some reason the egg was not included this time, which was disappointing. If the menu states something is supposed to be in the bowl, then it should be in there unless the customer requests otherwise. Chopped leaf has been a good dinner option in the past, but this is disappointing, especially when you're paying over $16 for a bowl and expecting it to include all of the listed ingredients. If they didn't have any egg at the time, they should have mentioned that while we were ordering. The chicken sandwich had too much lettuce and very little of the other fillings. It seems like they bulk up the sandwich with cheap lettuce and cut corners on the other fillings, but still charge almost $12 for the sandwich. The quality of chopped leaf seems to be going downhill while the prices continue go up. Next time we are looking for some where to eat, we will...
Read moreLove the concept but was not just a little disappointed today. (June 10 2022) My daughter and I came in for a dish we've had here before, same location. This time my salad was basically just a rice dish. Very little lettuce, beans and wow! The avocado was two very thin slices. Are you kidding me? I know times are hard but I can't help think that this has gone way downhill. Was it because of the perspective of the server or do they actually have a measurement system? Seriously, the avocado slices, it was so small an amount. We purchased no.1 for $11.99. they increased price and lowered quality and proper food combo. I mean as I am typing this here in the store I am looking at my pathetic dish, well rice bowl really. There is at least 2 cups of rice in this and about 1/4 cup lettuce, beans together. And my measly tiny, miniscule avocado slices, not even worth mentioning they are there. Not happy...
