It should be negative 5, I went tonight and purchased 2 gift cards for $25 each, went home and wife had already purchased 2 cards that we needed for giving away for Xmas.. I drove back to return them and guess what, the work there said sorry we can not return them, asked why?! It's just we can not on the system, you can call customer service. Which I did. Starbucks customer service is more worries than the store, the guy sounded like he just started his work as of today, doesn't have any clue of anything, he was advising me either to use them or to give them away, I said I need to return them, he start asking me how did I pay, said debit he said in this case we can issue you cheque and you will get it between 17 to 25 business days..!!! I told him are you serious, what is on the earth I can not return those cards that I purchased 15 minutes ago.. I was getting very mad over the phone and he said Actually you can, I told him to wait on the phone went inside the store and told the coworker he is saying I can, she said but I can not because they told me I can not return the cards, I asked who said that, she kept looking at me, I did repeat the question and she said can I have the receipt, then she did punsh the numbers in the machine and my money is back.. What really very poor training and customer service. Either that store mansgegmntand staff are men or they don't know anything of anything.. Ridiculous.. Never ever going there again, just visit my original...
Read moreI was very upset with their service manners today. It was around 2pm so it was not busy at all! This location is not so friendly so I don't normally go here and of course their service is terrible again as I expected. I asked to add the gift card balance to my phone app and the cashier looked at me annoyed, "you can do it yourself" so I said, "I know how to do it but since i'm paying with my phone app can you scan to add please?" and she insisted that I should do it. There was no line up after me! She just wouldn't do it for me. I just gave up, I didn't want to go on argue with her to add the gift card balance so I just did it myself while I wait for my drink. The Barista put down the drinks I ordered and she turned around so I asked her to give me stoppers or stickers so it doesn't spill in the car, and right away she sighed VERY noticeably, only a sigh, no other words. Again! they were not busy at all. I had 2 drinks but she gave me 1 sticker not even looking at my face, not even a single word. She made a very annoyed face and turned around walked away. I say, if they don't like their job they shouldn't work there upsetting other people. I just went in there to grab 2 drinks, for myself and my friend, and walked out upset because of their service. Read moreI usually order through the Starbucks app and pick up my drink at this store 2–3 times a week. I always order the same menu item, and most baristas make it perfectly every time. However, the barista who was at the drink station today at 11:00 a.m. this morning (a Korean barista) repeatedly makes mistakes with my order. I can tell just by looking at the color of the coffee that something is wrong, and the number of pumps is always less than the standard.
Instead of admitting the mistake and apologizing, she asked me back, “Do you want extra sauce?” as if it were just a personal preference rather than part of the standard recipe. I have to remind her every single time, and having my coffee wrong every morning has been frustrating and actually puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. This is why I finally decided to leave this review — even though I normally never write reviews anywhere.
I really hope the store can provide additional training, because customers should be able to trust that their drinks are made correctly and consistently without this...
