I am very disappointed of this location. Everytime I come the staff is very rude to me and treats me like I do not understand English. I like bread, when I have the time I go and buy a good quantity for me and the rest of my family to last us a while. I never have a "specific day" to go and buy bread. Last time, I came to the store the lady at the front was super nice and helpful. She was taking my order, and an old lady at the back came fast to the front. The old lady start telling me in a rude tone "How much bread are you taking this time,? you are taking more of 90% of my production." I told her I was just passing by and I was craving some. She continued telling me the same and she was saying "Do you understand me? or you do not know what I am saying?." She made me feel very bad, the only thing I said was "I am sorry for buy bread from the store" and I left. I do not know why she has a problem with my buying bread. I believe the whole point of selling a certain product if for people to buy it. Therefore, they should not be angry when people buy said product in a bigger quantity than normal. At the end of the day, I am paying for however much bread I am, it is not being giving for free. This is why I am so confused as to why this lady is so rude when I come in. Maybe due to my race? I wanted to share an experience I had at Cobb’s this past weekend when I was there. I bought a few different things, one of which was a chocolate croissant (one of my favourites from Cobb’s), that my dog ended up eating in seconds when I wasn’t looking. In a panic, I immediately went back to the store to get the information regarding how much chocolate was in the croissant.
