Perfect tapioca pearls! Chewy, bouncy, soft and sweet.

Extensive menu with many different flavours and you have the option to choose how much ice you want, and the sweetness level. I'd recommend you look at the menu before coming in, if you're not familiar with it as it can be overwhelming while you're there.

Service was just OK. I ordered take out, spent around $23 for 3 medium drinks so it's a bit on the pricey side, but I really don't know how much these tea cost compared to other places.

I ordered mango fruit tea with tapioca pearls, cane sugar passion fruit and brown sugar black tea latte and this was definitely my favorite. The passion fruit has seeds (which they warn about) and I wasn't a fan of the combination of that texture and the pearls, will probably not order that one again. The mango fruit tea also had passion fruit seeds which left us very confused. It also tasted like orange juice, it was delicious anyways.

I'll definitely be back and have large drinks next time and try other flavours.

Unfortunately they don't have coconut lychee jelly which I really like, maybe it's not a Taiwanese thing? They do have coffee jelly as topping which I may try next time.

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was a huge disappointment from start to finish. First off, the fruit tea I ordered was far too sweet and tasted artificial—definitely not what I was hoping for. It was watery, bland, and didn't have that fresh, fruity taste I was expecting.

But what really ruined my visit was the shocking way the staff was treated. While I was waiting for my drink, I witnessed one of the employees get yelled at in front of customers—loudly and in a very unprofessional manner. The manager was berating them over what seemed like a simple mistake, and it was incredibly uncomfortable to watch. The employee looked embarrassed and clearly upset, and it just made the entire atmosphere awkward. It’s one thing to have bad customer service, but to treat your employees like that in front of everyone is unacceptable.

To top it all off, the store was dirty and smelled musty, which made the experience even worse. I won’t be coming back, and I won’t recommend this place to anyone, especially when they treat their staff so poorly. There are plenty of other fruit tea places where the service is better and the employees...

My family orders 4 or 5 mango fruit teas from them almost every other day either through Uber or in person. A few days ago we ordered 4 mango fruit teas and started drinking them at home. However one of them didn’t have sugar in them. Before this the taste has always been great. I try the other three and they’re perfectly good. So I call them and let them know of the the fruit teas don’t have sugar in them. However the lady keeps denying that she and her coworkers added sugar in all of them. Like I said I tasted the other ones and mine didn’t taste the same. After her denying multiple times she said she will let her manager know to call me and takes my phone number. It’s been 2 weeks now and no one has called me so far. Not great service considering I buy regularly and know when the taste doesn’t seem right. I added sugar in myself at home and the taste became perfectly fine.

Edit: did your staff contact you at all about my complain prior to this? Is there any way you can contact me. I don’t know if it was exactly 2 weeks ago but I know it’s around the last two...
