If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am beyond disgusted with the treatment I received at this location on Tuesday, August 26th in the late afternoon maybe around 7-8 PM. It has taken me days to even process how appalling this experience was.
The so-called manager, an Asian woman who was taking orders, was by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. From the start, she acted completely uninterested in helping me, like serving me was some sort of burden. I tried to be polite and even asked her how she was doing, but she flat-out ignored me and coldly cut me off with: “Okay, anything else for you?” I was stunned at her dismissiveness.
When my order was ready, she didn’t even bother handing it to me. She slammed my Blizzards down on the counter and walked away without a word. When I asked why she was treating me this way, she rolled her eyes and snapped: “Can’t you see we’re busy?” Excuse me? Being busy is never an excuse for humiliating and disrespecting customers.
And the smell—absolutely revolting. Standing near her was unbearable. She reeked of poor hygiene, and it was shocking to realize this was the person working in and supposedly running a food establishment. How can Dairy Queen allow someone like this to represent their brand?
Even worse, I watched how she treated her employees while I waited. She barked at them, and talked down to them like they were nothing but slaves. Their faces looked defeated and heartbroken, like they had no choice but to tolerate her abuse. It was honestly painful to watch. No staff deserves to be treated like that, and no customer should have to witness it.
This was not just a “bad day” for an employee—this was an absolute disgrace. I will never set foot in this location again, and I strongly urge Dairy Queen to investigate this manager immediately. As long as this individual is employed here, this store will continue to lose customers who...
Read moreI asked for a double cheeseburger with cheese only. I wasn't aware that was a impossible task. So I went in and got my cheese burger, got home it has ketchup on it, so I go back asking for a remake. They give me a cheese burger, not a double cheese burger. I ended up almost home, I had to drive back (Also they throw every single burger in the microwave before they give it to you) so I went back in and nicely asked for my double cheese burger instead of just a cheeseburger. She huffs and puffs goes out back and puts a hot hamburger and cheese on my cold burger and slams it on the counter. I said, can I get it fresh? So she goes out back and throws this burger in the microwave... Comes back and gives it to me. I wish I would've taken a picture of this burger, you could see that the burger buns were soaked from the condensation of the heat from the microwave. So I said again.. I asked for it fresh, not warmed up in the microwave I could've done that at home. On my goodness she got so mad, threw my burger in the garbage, goes to the kitchen, and starts talking about me to her staff in front of me. It was clear, they were peeking over the side looking at me and laughing. (I watched my burger to make sure they didn't touch it) I almost wanted to throw the burger in her face. She comes back and gives it to me. I tell her she should probably treat her customers better, cause one day it might be her boss. She rolled her eyes and laughed. I hope...
Read moreI went into the falcon ridge location today at 5:45, waited 20 minutes before anyone helped me. When I had finally placed the order, I had got my milkshakes and blizzard right away but then waited almost 40 minutes for the food. When I asked how long the food would be as I didn’t want the drinks to melt, the staff were incredibly rude, and said “well if you used your eyes, we are very busy”. When I finally got my food I was so fed up with the situation and got into my car. The second I drove the milkshakes and blizzards fell out of the tray I was given and spilt all over my car. And once I got home i opened the bag, already disappointed that my icecream had spilt, and found both my orders of fries were less than half empty, the burger had veg even though I asked for none and all the food was cold. I am extremely disappointed as I paid close to $60 for all this and the customer service and portions were abysmal. I will not be returning to this location. Customer service training is desperately needed at this location and the trays you give out to customers should actually fit the size cups...
