We live in the far NW but we were in the NE and this Dominos was in our way home and we were hungry do we stopped to pick up pizza to bring home.
My son ordered a large pepperoni & bacon and I ordered a small $7.99 bacon & mushroom. When we got home I opened my pizza and was absolutely disappointed as I got pepperoni & bacon. I was very hungry but I HATE PEPPERONI!!!!
I called & he said the order says pepperoni & bacon, I don’t care what it says its NOT what I ordered!!!! He finally said that I could bring it back. Its now 9pm & i have been on the road since 7am and I am not driving all the way back. Then he said he would deliver me the correct pizza and I was to give to the driver the “entire” pizza that I got. I agreed to this but when I told him my address that was no longer an option 🤨
I suggested that he gives me a credit fir the $7.99 but I was told that his system does not allow for that!!! I said CAN’T you just write on a paper that you owe Brenda a small bacon & mushroom for next time I am in the area??? He said ok but I need to bring the pepperoni pizza back 😠. That could be months from now and I am NOT going to leave a pizza ROTTING in my fridge for months! He FINALLY AGREED TO JUST REPLACE THE PIZZA NEXT TIME I AM THERE! Very very poor customer service for a $7.99...
Read more"I recently visited your pizza place and was excited to order a medium pizza for $18. Instead of 11$ large Walkin special. However, I was disappointed when I asked to customize my toppings and was told that it wasn't possible due to management policies. I wanted to remove three toppings and add pineapple, but was informed that I would need to pay an additional $2. I understand the need for efficiency, but as a customer, it was frustrating to feel like my requests were not being accommodated.
I want to emphasize that the server, Sumpreet was apologetic, but the inflexibility of the management's policies was a letdown. I would suggest reconsidering the approach to customization, as it may be driving away potential customers who are willing to pay a premium for a tailored experience.
Instead of focusing solely on tracking toppings , counting your pineapples and surviving on volume sales, cause of population of area , consider striving to be the best pizza place in the city. By doing so, you may find that customers are willing to pay more for a high-quality, customized product. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving...
Read moreThey made the wrong pizzas and blamed me for it. When I tried to explain, they cut me off and said that I could have a free pizza next time. Not a proper solution when we needed dinner tonight! I felt bad about the customers waiting behind me, so I suggested they help others and then get back to me. Afterward, they ignored me while I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Eventually I asked for the info for head office and they finally came over. The woman working said she is the owner of this location. When I insisted that the order was wrong (and showed proof) she yelled at me, told me it was my fault. I began to film her and then pointed out that I had not raised my voice or behaved rudely, so there is no reason to yell at me. She admitted that I had been respectful and yet, she continued yelling at me. She noticed me filming and then she stopped yelling and offered to remake the pizzas. I had to wait a total of an hour just to get what I ordered in the first place. Not to mention the absolutely disgusting behaviour...
