The manager has zero customer service. I don’t know how she got a job as a manager. I called about the Philly steak not having sauce. It was my first time ordering it. You would think all pizzas come with pizza sauce unless stated any other sauces or no sauce at all. I presented my complaint and she ignored it and just went defensive and didn’t even try to understand where I was coming from. She just said it doesn’t list pizza sauce and there’s nothing she can do. I get it doesn’t list pizza sauce but neither of the other pizzas do either because you would expected pizza to come with some sort of cause. I said the others state if it comes with other sauce. If this doesn’t come with sauce it should state it. People ordering this pizza for the first time would also think it comes with pizza sauce if not stated other wise. She kept saying there is nothing she can do and kept cutting me off and arguing with me. I would order pizza here regularly but this will be my last Time. Not to mention the pizza was over cooked but after arguing with the ignorant girl manager they have working on there I left it. I reached out to head office about this because this store is bound to go out of service and make a bad name for dominos. Read moreIf I could give it no stars I would 3 of the last times we have ordered here the service is poor. 1st time they forgot part of the order and they were 10 minutes late when the tracker said the pizza was here.....2nd they called me 5 times and said they can't find my address and the dude ligit was next door and I had to walk outside and say move up......this last time I ordered pizza and 40 minutes later still not at my house even though the tracker said the pizza was at my house and said the driver left 20 minutes prior we don't even live that far from the store takes less then 10 minutes....called and asked what's happening the manager said oh the driver is just leaving the store. I said well what the tracker said my pizza is here and the driver left 25 minutes ago. I said do I get a discount he said we'll if you called before he left then yes and I said how am I to know when he left....he said well now you know....the driver showed up 6 minutes after I called....ligit 55 minutes after I ordered.....no wonder you only have 2.9 stars.....you want to stay in business and get better ratings look after your customers without us you would have no business.....never ordering from here again......panago now more expensive but better service.....to the manager your going to go out of business if you don't shape...
Read moreThe food tasted fine and the delivery was prompt. I had ordered a pizza no onions and looked at the ticket to make sure after eating it and finding onions. So I called the store and said that the order was made with onions. The guy said he had made the order and didn't put onions on it. I said if he would like id bring it in to prove it in which he replied no thats fine. Then said one moment and I heard him arguing with another man when he came back he asked if the onions were just on that one slice or all over. They were all over then the phone was switched to another guy and he repeated my order. I said there was no need to make another order but we would like a discount due to it being wrong and us having to throw it out (I am allergic to onions). The guy cut me off and said I could have five dollars off the next order any order I said sure and he said okay bye then hung up. I fail to see how I will get this discount without his name or any proof I actually got the discount. They were rude and unprofessional. Even though the food tasted great and it was fast service, I prefer going to establishments that have tact and respect for others. Keep your five dollars its not...
