You know the food is good when it doesn’t even last long enough for a picture—and that’s exactly what happened at Firehouse Subs. I walked in fully prepared to snap a photo of my sub masterpiece… but the moment it hit my hands, it was love at first bite. No photo. No regrets. Just pure, sandwich-bliss.

These subs are next-level. The bread is perfectly toasted, the meats are stacked high, the cheese is steamed to gooey perfection, and the flavors hit like a five-alarm fire (in the best way). Even the pickles are elite.

And let me give a big shout-out to Renz Marion, the hostess with the mostest. She’s not just running the show—she’s elevating it. Friendly, efficient, and full of good energy, Renz makes the whole experience feel like more than just lunch. And honestly, every single lady on shift was just as awesome—fast, welcoming, and clearly proud of what they do. You can feel the good vibes from the moment you walk in.

In a world of forgettable food and rushed service, Firehouse Subs (with this dream team of ladies) is a total standout. If you’re lucky enough to visit, go hungry—and maybe order two subs, because the first one won’t survive long enough for a photo.

Unfortunately I am now changing my review from a 5 start to a 3. The last 3 time we have been the service has been slow and not overly friendly and most importantly the food quality has gone down quite a bit. 2 of the last 3 times my Hat Trick sub was just roasted beef with no smoke favoring at all and we have received the wrong sub with one of the orders as well. The last visit was the worst as all of our sub (3 in total) looked and tasted old which we found really weird. I’m very surprised as to how this place could loose the quality in such a short amount of time. It’s sad that you must open your order and check to see if it is quality and the right food that was ordered before you take it home. Had our first experience at Firehouse subs this weekend. The food is great. Man they really pack the toppings in these sandwiches which is such a nice change from the way subway does it.

These subs take a little longer to be made than some other sandwich shops but trust me the wait is worth it.

My only complaint, and its not this locations fault, is the website. Its terrible and its the reason I've knocked a star off the review. I realize its a corporate issue but they need to improve the website because its so hard to actually see the menu on your site. This was the main reason why it took us so long to finally come and eat here. We like to look at the menus in advance before going somewhere to make sure there are items we will like.
