I disagree that it's a group of entitled teens who just want to gang up and bash the owner. They've clearly had a negative experience, as I've had my own personal encounters and have observed the disposition of management. I frequented this place for about a year and a half in take out. I always ordered the same dish-butter chicken. As a repeat and paying customer, it bothered me that at times the dish was not always the same; there was a large difference in color, texture and even flavour. I brought it up a FEW times and they did provide me with a no charge of the same dish the next time; on a few occasions. Ok fair! When I went to pick up the last take out, I asked the owner if he had a minute? In that instant, he screamed at the top of his lungs at me in front of customers; one of them being at the front counter standing right beside me. His face was beat red as he was yelling that if I didn't like it, I could get out and never come back. He even ordered me to follow him into the kitchen so he could show me a pot of butter chicken sitting on the stove; as he took the laddle and stirred the contents and brought it up in the air repeatedly yelling " I make thousands of butter chicken and you're the ONLY one who ever complains"; all in front of the 3 kitchen staff who were stopped dead silent in their tracks; smirking mind you. I applaud him for one of the highest forms of public humiliation!!! He was completely unreasonable and I could barely get a word in edge wise. I've never been so humiliated or disgusted in another human being like this in a very long time!! Food not edible, too much sugar and no flavors at all. We ordered a couple of items as we always do, firstly we did not get the discount that was promised to us , she ran the credit card when we asked where the 10 percent discount was, she said she will credit it in the next order when we order... I find this a tactic to have the client go back, weather you like it or not and a deliberate inconvenience. The Shahi Panner was not edible, it felt like a sweetened milk was added to the gravy, may be Condensed milk , there was no taste or flavors. The same went for the Butter chicken, upon calling them to request something be done, as our dinner was ruined, the first guy who picked up hung up when I advised that this was a complain, on the second call a lady answered and, insisted that both the dishes were good and that is how they make them, which is not true... as I have ordered food from this location before. Finally they agreed to refund me for only Shahi Panner and not the butter chicken. It was cold and snowing on a Saturday, and they insisted I return the Shahi Panner, which I told them I cannot , I have thrown out the food and all our dinner was ruined.
