Service is great, staff are attentive. Food flavor profiles are good but it feels like they take the easier route for the overall dish. Example of this would be the chicken lollipop, flavor was good, not overly sweet, right amount of spice and balanced taste. Where they fall short is that they use deep fried wings that are then tossed in the spices. What you end up with are slightly off tasting wings masked by some well made sauce which doesn't actually look like what chicken lollipop should look like. The menu says that they would shape the wings into lollipop which that don't. I have added photos of the their menu, what chicken lollipops should look like and what we got instead. I'm sure they can produce great food if they decided not to take shortcuts.

Nice little place in the deep south. I had the Chicken Korma, Prawn Masala, rice and Naan. Sounds simple but it was super delicious, felt like recently cooked homemade food. Loved it. For some dishes you can order the spicy level of your preference but some others they are just super spicy and can't be changed. The service was very nice -but we were also the only table at the moment since it was still early for dinner. They were always checking on the water but without being too intrusive, I appreciate this. The food took a little to come out so maybe don't come when you are really super hungry. Will definitely add this restaurant to my weekly rotation of dinning out, can't wait to come back!

My go-to spot for Indian food in the South (and even in the city) I've been coming here for years! The quality and flavor profile of the meals are superb. With many restaurants, I find they have a handful of dishes in which they really excel. But honestly, I'm yet to have a bad dish here... and that's saying something since I've been coming for years and routinely try something new off the menu. If I had to pick, though, I'd recommend the non veg platter, the goat biryani, the fish masala, or the goat roganjosh. Oh, and they have a really nice chilli garlic fish you have to try paired with their jeera rice. If you like exquisite Indian cuisine, you have to try this place. Period.

Title: Exceptional Dining Experience at Guru India Millrice Restaurant

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Guru India Millrice Restaurant, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The restaurant's ambiance, delectable food, and impeccable service left a lasting impression on me. In particular, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Aman Deep, our server, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

From the moment we walked in, Aman Deep greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. She promptly seated us in a cozy corner booth and provided us with menus, patiently answering any questions we had about the extensive selection of dishes. Aman Deep's knowledge of the menu was remarkable; she effortlessly guided us through the various options, suggesting popular dishes and explaining the unique flavors and ingredients.

Throughout the evening, Aman Deep's attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. She checked on us regularly, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in our satisfaction made us feel like valued guests.

Now, let's talk about the food. The culinary delights offered at Guru India Millrice Restaurant are simply exceptional. Each dish we ordered was bursting with authentic Indian flavors, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. From the fragrant biryanis to the flavorful curries and freshly baked bread, every bite was a delight to the taste buds. Aman Deep ensured that our food was served promptly and hot, paying attention to every detail.

What truly set Aman Deep apart was her willingness to go the extra mile. She surprised us with complimentary samples of their signature desserts, which were heavenly. Aman Deep's thoughtful gesture demonstrated her dedication to providing a memorable dining experience for her customers.

Overall, Guru India Millrice Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of delectable cuisine, inviting ambiance, and exceptional service, particularly from Aman Deep, made this dining experience truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic Indian culinary journey, accompanied by top-notch service. Aman Deep's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her customers are qualities that elevate Guru India Millrice Restaurant to a whole new level.

Thank you, Aman Deep, and the entire staff at Guru India Millrice Restaurant, for an incredible evening. I will undoubtedly be returning soon to relish the delightful flavors and impeccable...

Over the past couple of years, I've frequently ordered from Guru Restaurant and have consistently been pleased with their Tandoori Non-Veg Platter. However, my experience yesterday left me quite disappointed. I called to place a pickup order, including what I thought was my usual Non-Veg Platter. When we were ready to enjoy our meal at home, we discovered that the platter wasn't what we had come to expect; instead, it consisted of fried chicken, fish, and two samosas.

We promptly called the restaurant to address the discrepancy. After a few minutes of discussion, it was clarified that the Tandoori Non-Veg Platter, which is grilled, is different from the simply named "Non-Veg Platter," which includes fried items. I feel that the restaurant could improve customer experience by clearly differentiating between these two dishes on their menu, perhaps renaming "Non-veg platter" as "Fried Non-Veg Platter" or "Samosa Non-Veg Platter" for clarity.

Additionally, when placing the order over the phone, I was not asked to specify which type of Non-Veg Platter I wanted. This could have easily avoided the confusion.

Regrettably, we had to discard more than half of the food because the samosas seemed to be refried, and the fried chicken and fish were overcooked to the point of being inedible. I would suggest that the management consider revising the naming convention of their dishes to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I would also recommend the chef taste the Non-Veg Platter to ensure that it meets the standard for an enjoyable dish, rather than being an over-fried and refried assortment of meats that are not fit for...

I am a loyal customer and order pickup here almost every week, decided to dine in today. There was a black hair in the chicken 65 and decided to return it, the girl saw it and took it away it was stuck in the chicken piece(unhygienic). The other girl came out with the strand of ginger saying it was ginger and not hair, I asked if it was the same piece no answer, took it away and we said we dont want a replacement. Its not that we completed the portions and asked them to take away, portion was left more than half full. I had some doubts about their intentions and when I received my bill thought of checking for some good reason and they had charged for the incorrect, unhygienic, unfinished chicken 65. The server had a smile on her face as if she was asked to do this. They made the adjustment on the payment machine and I asked for the correct bill, came home to see I was charged a dollar more from their menu price. P/S I am a restaurant owner and know exactly what not to do, accept the customers word even if we hadnt seen anything fishy( in this case the proof was provided but still they had decided to prove otherwise to a regular customer). I have a feeling that the owner knew about all this happening, if not then must seriously involve in such complaints. Anyways, this is not for the restaurant but for...
