HELLCRUST PIZZA — Restaurant in Calgary

Tried to order off uber and they just kind of decided they didn’t want my business. Just canceled the order, no call as to why and it just said “they aren’t taking orders anymore” ten minutes after I placed my order. Like honestly? If you’re on the app and I can make an order I should be allowed to order. Well now I’ll never order from here because if they don’t want my business I don’t want to give them money.

Store was open on uber… kind of weird you think it was closed. Certainly never gunna order from here now. If you’re open until 2 you’re open until. Whether I put the order in 3 minutes to close or not. Bad review 100% deserved attatched is when the order was placed. If it’s not your policy then why did it happen?

Even though its not the best pizza I've ever had, it's still damn good pizza.

I have a few allergies that I know make me a bit of a bother for food service workers, but there's a wonderful lady that works in the evenings that has always been nothing but patient and so nice to me about it.

I usually only order pizza after work in the evening when I'm feeling absolutely beyond exhausted and done with everyone and everything, and while I could easily have food delivered, I take the extra time to walk there, just in case I see her. She really makes my night. If I could give 6 stars on service for her...

This place is close to my house and have seen ads about this new place so decided to give it a try. I ordered online and they had a Wednesday promo for an XL pizza for $21.99, so I decides to get the Mordor Chicken. Online quoted 20 mins but when I got there they were quite busy and backed up with orders and making the the food. I had to wait awhile longer than expected.
